Poor service, was given the incorrect food and then the staff argued and told us we were lying when we tried to ring and make a complaint. Don’t waste your time or money. See less

Have fine dined many restaurants Canberra found this restaurant gets a 10 out of 10 all round. The service was exceptionally professional, friendly and happy. Food you could not fault a lot of TLC goes into their meals pat on the back for the chef and assistants. Nice selection of meals to choose from menu, that caters for all dietary requirements . Atmosphere was very pleasant with exceptional views looking over the lake. Thanks again to the staff for the exceptional service and for making it a pleasure to dine in your restaurant. 27/03/2021. I have ordered from 2Yummy for years and have always recommended the food to friends. But the last 2 times I have been very dissatisfied. A dish was replaced with another inferior dish and this last time the food took 2 hours to arrive. That’s it 2Yummy - no more See less

WORST SERVICE EVER!! If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. My partner placed an order via menulog at 1810. Received a message to say it would be here at 1928. At 1945 we called the shop to find out where our food was, and were advised the driver had been in a car accident. We were told the food was on its way. At 2010 shop we called again to ask for a new delivery. At 2025 we called again, only to find the food was being cooked. The bloke said he’d call the driver. He was going to have food delivered that was sitting in a car for over an hour. We demanded the new order of food and have been advised we might have it by 2100..... won’t hold my breath. See less

I ordered some takeaway salt and pepper tofu and this is what I got. The whole dish smelt funny and there were weird consistency on some of the pieces like you see in the photo. I called up to complain and the restaurant only offered me a 10% discount of my bill, which is $4!!!!!!!! It’s so ridiculous! The restaurant should’ve taken full responsibility of this and given me a full refund of this dish. I wasn’t complaining about the taste of it. It is actually off!!!!! See less

WORST FOOD IN BELCONNEN!! The food arrived on time but when I asked the driver for a receipt he said I could not have one. The curry chicken, Mongolian lamb and honey chicken had no sauce at all and minimum flavour. The rice tasted like it had been in the freezer for months. The honey chicken especially was like rubber and was not fit for human consumption. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. It got thrown out. Once mixed with the rice all three dishes were dry and unpleasant and met the same fate. For the $130 that I spent I was left feeling ripped off and hungry. I will never be ordering from Too Yummy ever again and for anyone reading this review don’t waste your money and time on this establishment. One star is too much I wish there was a negative star feature cause I would give them -5 stars. See less

Ordered food for delivery at 6:00pm, was told it would be 20 minutes until delivery. At 6:48 I called and was told the driver was on there way, at 7:10 I called and was again told the drive was close and they forgot my address. I was then told they thought I was picking my delivery up? After waiting an hour an twenty minutes and then told they didn’t have drivers available to deliver tonight, I was offered a 10% discount which I would have received if I ordered online and didn’t have to deal with horrible customer service. The food is usually good, however will easily find someone new to avoid the horrible service. See less

I love Too Yummy Chinese. I have eaten in several times and ordered through eat now, online three times. however tonight was very frustrating as not one of the three people could understand English, I needed to change my order and on the phone they agreed, however then the order arrived with the meal I cancelled, and missing my sons dinner and I'm still not sure if they understood and are on there way. Communication is important for your business. I will order again but I hope they put fluent English speakers on the telephone. See less
