Very bad customer service especially the lady that calls herself a manger, I was telling her that I was there a couple of nights before and the prices have changed since then she said no, they've always been the same, I said we had a table water before, she said no we never offered table water, I'm the manager here and I know. I said you're making me feel that I went somewhere else 2 nights ago not here, she replies: maybe, I said are you implying that I'm demented! She was so argumentative about everything. Didn't appreciate how she spoke to me at all. Everything was I'm the manager here as if I care what her position was or that should give her the right to talk to customers like that and be so ignorant. We'll never go back there again. See less

This place has amazing food and customer service. The Family platter and BBQ platter had large portions and the mock tails are very refreshing. My favourite thing of all though was the kindness of the staff, always there to help you and always smiling, it was a great experience. See less

Afandina offer a great range of traditional Middle Eastern foods. They’re food is high quality and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant. Their waitstaff are very friendly and go out of their way to serve you. See less

At first, guys everything that happened was very funny and ridiculous, the only thing they told us and they were honest about it was the name of the restaurant🤣🤣, the service was bad neither the maze nor the meals as they told us there is no hygiene the female employees did tie their hair up, I don't think this is appropriate behaviour، the service was very slow, They broke the SHISHA and they were about to force me pay for it, in the end with everything that happened, the staff were very rude, very sassy to me and my family and relatives, even though we were right. The amount we had to pay that night was about $400, but they were about to make us pay more than $600. See less

They told me that the maza is the same every time, but the dinner is different meal, I was surprised that there is no maza just salad. The dinner was salmon or lamb and it is a lot of black papper and not delicious, all the girls in the restaurant have no tied hair and her hair goes into the plate when she gather the plate, They enter the kitchen and her hair dont tied, No tap water,so they force you to buy water. Unfortunately for them ,I would never go back there again.the bill was changed 4 times because the put orders we dont asked, it is a very very bad restaurant See less

This is the third time I have been to afandina restaurant.This was by far the widest dining experience I have had in my life. The food was terrible,the fish was limp and soggy the garlic prawns were terrible,the hommos and baba gannouj were flat as a 50 cent piece and tasted terrible and expensive.It was $10 a plate for three spoons of hommos and same thing with the baba gannouj. No tap water,so they force you to buy water. Unfortunately for them ,I would never go back there again. I came here today with my mum and ordered two banquets, everything was amazing, the food was great and the seating was so good. Very mixed experience: amazing vegetable side dishes, but the mixed platter was overpriced and undersized. Spent $30 on mocktails but they won't give free tap water for the table. Service was also a mixed bag. See less

Unfortunately service was not good at all we ordered mashawi 7:10pm and they served it to us at 9:20 🤦‍♀️ they didn't even care enough to let us know what was happening. Although the restaurant was not busy at all and this happened, I mean they could have let us know food will take a while so we leave or order something else. I twice asked the waitress to get me straw and they didn't get me any, glass cups where not clean. Not denying food was good, but after what 2hrs wait. Because of bad bad service we will never go back there again. See less

I don’t know how but their coffee is genuinely like proper cafe standard coffee every single time. Fruit platter is phenomenally fresh and so gorgeously presented with the theatre of dry ice to accompany it (prepare to boomerang that smoke for your social media!) See less
