Heard there were new people in Alberton fish and chips, so decided to give them a try. Amazed at how clean the shop looks now. The butterfish and minimum chips were good and the coleslaw so fresh and tasty. We had a mountain of chips for a minimum serving. A pleasant addition, the Greek dessert cabinet, although we resisted the temptation today. They DO take credit cards now and I found the staff were VERY friendly. I would highly recommend this take away. See less

Witnessed a worker berating an older gentleman for wearing a mask whilst waiting for my order, and seemed to get more agitated when the man explained he didn't want to get COVID. Sadly I had already paid for my meal and couldn't take my business elsewhere, but talk about a poor first impression! Not sure if I'll be back if that's how they treat their vulnerable customers, no matter how nice the food might be. See less

Hidden gem this place. Had chicken and chips. Chicken was juicy and tasty, chips were spot on. Best ive had in ages. Have a big selection of Greek food as well. Found this place by chance as I was working out this way. Will be back when I'm out here next. See less

Got Steak burger with the lot, ($10.40). Pepsi max 1.2l $4 Have gotten a few things their. Shops got a few seats to help you wait. Manly takeaway. Salad bar is mostly non existing, but food mostly Good. Cash only shop, i had better, and wirst in the area. I give food he makes 7/10 a n general. Theirs a better shop in Pennington, that has The b Best burgers in the area.. Hes 3rd. If yiu cant go anyware else, hes good (forget salad). See less

Hands down the best fish and chip store I’ve ever been to. Chips were cooked perfectly, crunchy and full of flavours muahhh bellissima. Customer service was excellent, actually the best one I’ve ever experienced. But the fish though, ahhhh it was amazing. Melts in your mouth, tons of flavours. Gordon Ramsey would be so proud of you right now. Like cmon this restaurant should be awarded a Michelin Star. Makes my mouth water everytime I think of this place 🤩🤤 P.s. I would like to make a special request when I come back here next time. Could you please serve me nemo while I watch finding nemo???? Honestly one of the worst customer service as well as mannerism. Went in the store with my mates to buy large Chips and gravy, but unfortunately we had an old **** serving us. He claimed the small chip and gravy was “large chips and gravy” whilst there was no other smaller box to compare it to. What kind of greedy man love money enough to receive a negative feedback from customer. I suggest not to go to this store as it is a ripoff, might as well go to maccas to buy small fries cuz it’s the same quantity See less

Disgusting service and food. Me and my two mates thought we would give this place a try before going fishing and we had asked for large chips and a tub of gravy and what we have recieved was no where near the appropiate size for a large. We thought oh well surely the chips would taste nice though but wrong the chips were soggy and tasted like they were microwaved. Would no recommend this place to anyone. See less

Honestly going into the shop is generally fine. Until ordering “large” chips and gravy. The worker provided small chips and gravy and didn’t give us the urge to talk about the chips. Honestly this store isn’t the kind of store for fish and chips. Highly recommend Niks BBQ in Mawson lakes. That stuff is fire. 😉 See less

The most disgusting disturbing place i have ever had the dis pleasure of getting food from. Ordered a pasta salad which when i got home was off and god knows how long it had been sitting there. The coleslaw was swimming in liquid which smelt like filthy toilet water. I reccomend you never eat from this place ever unless you are looking for food poisoning or salmonella. #yuckdisgustingfilthiestplaceever.. See less
