We ordered very simple orders, and nearly every single thing that could have gone wrong, did. Including wrong sauces and sides. One meal was paid for then told it was out of stock, then the replacement never came. Food was pretty good however the wait and awkward customer service was less than par especially noting it was mid week and quiet. Kitchen communication needs improvement so that we aren't sending back every meal. See less

I had to return my southern fried chicken burger and chips last night. The bun was hard, the chips were dried out, the bacon was dark maroon and like wood - likely this had been left over from lunch or yesterday’s dinner and re heated as my meal. I will complain to the relevant health authorities and ask for an audit of this establishment. See less

Based the on the food reviews we decided to go try some decent pub grub for dinner and head to the Alderley Arms. We did see a few reviews about the down turn in customer service based on the electric order apps on the table. However, while I can see why people would write this I feel based on what I witnessed that the app services suits some and the ones that did not want to use it got normal table service. To me that shows that the Alderley Arms is listening and are tailoring their services based on the clientele as they come in. We used the app and the food was excellent. We will be returning. They did bring a wrong order for one of our meals but offered and immediate refund. We declined as both meals were excellent even if it was wrong. We did notice the girl at the front counter assisting people to their tables (she pointed at our table to sit at) seemed lost while the manager? I came in on Friday night for a birthday dinner. I commend the team at Alderley, the food was exceptional as was the customer service. I found the food to be fair priced. I came in again today and was greeted by excellent customer service from Shivon. She was very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend giving the Hawaiian Parmi a try! 😊 See less

Have been coming to the Alderley Arms hotel once every few weeks since my partner and I moved just across the road months ago. Both service and food are consistently flawless, no fail. My partner loves the ribs so much he holds them as a standard to which he compares all the ribs he has elsewhere; I am partial to their chicken schnitzel but ordered a variety of food over time and it’s always been outstanding. Staff is always pleasant, professional and friendly. Service is quick and drinks are great. Very lucky to have this as our local! See less

If your looking for an amazing meal then look no further. We thought we were in for a normal pub feed, but oh boy were we blown away. Everything was mouthwatering, an absolute highlight was my steak, every bite was tender and juicy, and that was just the rump. Our table also had the bacon parmy, steak sandwich and Caesar salad which were all amazing. See less

Great pub! Just had lunch at Graziers Steakhouse. Highly recommend 600g Rump Steak, cooked with perfection. Caesar salad and Calamari as entrees, all delicious! Service was fantastic, attentive but not intrusive! Definitely will be making a return visit... 😊🤙🍴 See less
