Having just had a Valentine's Day meal with my wife I can happily stand by my low score. We arrived at 7.30 pm and were seated quickly and handed menus promptly so it was looking good for our evening ahead. We ordered in about 10-15 mins and patiently waited. After the first hour one of the starters arrived. We shared this in lieu of the second impending arrival. After another 45 mins one of the mains was delivered. It had clearly been congealing under a heat lamp for a while. When asked about the second missing starter one of the waitresses delivered it within minutes.
The meal was thoroughly disjointed and delayed, when asked the staff blamed new servers and a busy night. We looked around and it was clear NOBODY was getting food in a timely manner. We asked after the last main course and were reassured it would be with my wife in a moment. Sadly this moment became another 40 minutes and our parking was running out fast, not nearly as quickly as our patience. The last main was not in sight and we decided to depart, leaving my wife without a main course.
This place seems to superficially tick all the boxes but is sadly lacking in any management and a subpar menu of ordinary food. Thoroughly disappointing. This farcical sham cost $103 so it's not even a cheap disaster. See less
