We came here once about a month ago, just after it opened. All I can say is disappointment. Three people were working that evening, the place had at least 6-7 other customers besides us. Other than a very, very average kebab and mostly frozen in the middle chips (yep definitely undercooked) it’s amazing three people failed where the African guy who initially owned/worked there when it was called “Sultans kebabs” did a fantastic job. Food was great and that had only one person running it when we went there in the evenings. Personally we’re giving this place a big swerve after our one experience. Judge for yourself, but one person did a great job where three that night just failed with the change over. See less

Slow service. Meh kebabs. Didn't see on any signs that extra toppings for kebabs cost extra, though I was charged another $3 for an already overpriced kebab. However the thing that stood out most to me was that while I was waiting, they brought out a new meat spit to start cooking which was wrapped tightly in plastic. They left the plastic on for a while, came back to it to light the spit a few minutes later, and left the plastic on for several minutes after that. When they finally took the plastic off, it was done very haphazardly that left a lot of plastic still stuck to the meat and made no effort to remove these pieces that while I was still waiting I could see being melted into the meat. I shouldn't need to say it; this is a big health concern! I won't be coming back here. See less
