Lovely place. Lots for the kids to do, swimming, recreation room, tennis,cycling, basketball and more. Has good amenities and caterers for small & large groups. Has on site restaurant. Close to CBD of Canberra. Clean and modern cabins. See less

Just missed out on a full five 🌟 review; few minor things that were a let down. Location: Perfect, central to everything, easy to get to! Staff: extremely friendly and helpful, great to deal with and no complaints here 👍 👌. Cleanliness: could be better. The kids activity room is in dire need of some TLC. I know kids can trash things, but there was this off putting smell in there like dead mice. Things to do: heaps and it's great that there is so much here, but sad to see some families take it for granted and disrespect some of the free equipment that's loaned out like tennis 🎾 racquets. Some damaged, thrown around an left on the ground. There are signs up asking guests to see reception to loan equipment, maybe this should be enforced. Crazy Cleaners: Appear to be an external company contacted to clean. Terrible drivers, not sticking to the speed limit in the park and blocking access to roads. Was waiting up to 5 minutes at one point for them to move their van from the road so we could get past. Experience overall: good 👌. We had an ensuite caravan site (127) and were very impressed. There was a mop in the bathroom for guests to use, but had no mop head on it though. Kids had a ball and the on-site restaurant does a great pizza 🍕 😋 . See less

The place is ok, it’s not much more than a bed to sleep in though… we had to re wash everything in our kitchen before we used it because it was dirty and still covered in food. The beds are pretty uncomfortable too but it will have to do. It works but it could definitely do with a bit of TLC See less

Stayed hear 2 nights over the period of the lights festival. The staff where ok and room was clean but our air conditioning didn't work and appeared to have been not working for sometime. The site has breakfast options you must pay per person on top of accommodation and I believe it's a bit steep for what's on offer. The pool and water park is a great place to hange out if you have kids. See less

While the park was in a great location and sites spacious I can't say anything good about the amenities. In the 5 nights we were there the amenities were not cleaned once. There was no mop in the ladies so the showers were dirty each evening. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Camp kitchen facilities are wonderful. I personally thought it overpriced but I guess you pay for location. See less

Stayed here for one night and the facilities were spotless including the ammenities. There’s a large pool and spa that’s open until 9pm with plenty to do for the kids. We came here outside of school holidays which I’m sure are a completely different kettle of fish. Mid week it’s extremely quiet in the morning and we found it difficult to get up just by house quiet it was. Only downside was the price, at $55+ it’s really quite up there for a powered site See less

Great park with great facilities, mountain biking at the gate. First cabin had a leaking shower that was dripping so badly the bathroom floor was soaked, no toilet paper at all in the cabin. Staff were great and changed us to another cabin but at 10pm was a bit disappointing that the cleaners obviously haven't communicated with reception or maintenance See less

Great service by reception staff. The park is really well laid out and very interesting to explore. However housekeeping was not up to scratch and is not well managed and that is a deal breaker for us. We stayed at one of the Garden Villas and it was very comfortable. The housekeeping could be improved as could the addition of some more cookware. There was a smell in our villa. When we reported it there was no investigation and the requested air freshener never came. We found out later there was a kebab in the microwave which means the cleaning was not thorough. The restaurant is pricey but food is good. The pool and facilities are excellent. The camp kitchen is very good although we found it was quite messy when we visited. See less

This place was so great we will be coming back, even though the bed was so hard I will need to bring back my daughter’s mattress topper. There are so many activities for the kids that they were basically upset when we took them to questacon, they wanted to stay and just do all of the things onsite. The breakfast buffet is fine, but not worth the money. We turned up at 9:55, it is open til 10:30, but were told whatever was there was it and they were starting to pack up. There are plenty of great places nearby to eat and with the kitchen facilities in the rooms you don’t need to worry about that anyway. The cabins are loud (as in you can hear everyone in the cabin) so it is fine if you are staying with your in family, but maybe don’t bunk in with another family. It was very clean and everything looked as nice as the photos suggest. Bring an extra towel for the floor in the bathroom the water goes everywhere. Bring plenty of pool towels the spa is lovely even if the weather turns cold. The reception staff were super helpful. There were teenage activities still going on when we arrived at 9pm at night. They have clearly invested in a family fun sort of atmosphere. See less

Very good pool area for young children. Dirty cups in the room, big lipstick smear on a glass, obviously not washed between visitors, not much on the menu at the restaurant was available, both meals and beverages. The bed was very comfortable. I wouldn't stay there again. See less

Good park for a 3 day stop on a drive through site. Pool was a little crazy so we avoided it. Reception and bar/restaurant staff were very friendly. Food was amazing! The only letdown was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, they were very average and not cleaned regularly. See less

Nice apartments, nice and clean. Nice space with car park at the front door. Nice cool air conditioning and big fridge for your drinks. Nice water park area for kids with large pools and Jacuzzi very warm and clean. Nice staff and providing lots of clean towels during our stay. We stayed here a year ago and will always come back, thank you. See less

Stayed here two nights with a family of 4. Great set up and close to everything. Busy time of year with summer break but kids loved the pool and food at the camp restaurant was pretty good. Plenty of walking/running trails if you need some exercise. Washer/dryer is a decent size so we did all of our stuff in one load. Staff was super helpful and professional. Rooms were great for family as well. All around worth the price and experience for sure! See less

Nice park with entertainment for the kids. Reception were welcoming and the girls are all so lovely working behind the counter. Cleaning side of things on the other hand definitely needs huge improvements. We had numerous letdowns in the villas we stayed in ranging from - used soap and body wash all left in the soap holders in the shower, whole villa full of flies, food wrappers, spills, rubbish and half made beds with pillows scattered over them. Check in is also inconsistent as one of the days our room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm when check in is at 2pm whilst I understand it is a busy time of the year a phone call to let you know before attempting to check in several times with young kids in tow would be more handy and maybe something management can take on board otherwise you start to get several frustrated customers which puts extra pressure on front desk crew during a already busy time of the year. Pool was massively overcrowded too but didn’t really phase us as we still used it and had a blast I did hear of other people disappointed about it though. See less

The amenities here were great, clean and in good condition. The kids loved the splash park, pool and playground. I could get a proper coffee from the The Verandah each morning which was also a bonus. The cabins however were a bit of a letdown with the cleanliness. We had a pair of socks and lolly wrappers under the bunk bed from a previous guest, moving the "double bed" slightly over to make room for the suitcase revealed massive chunks of dust and more lolly wrappers.
