Absolutely shocking. Delivery was over an hour late, our chilli and cheese naan was just plain naan, our coconut rice was just plain rice, sauce was watery and beef was chewy. Staff continued to tell us the food was on its way even though it had not left the store. Staff were rude and hung up twice telling us "they were very busy". It was not the Menulog drivers fault, he was very polite and told us he had only picked the order up from the store 2 minutes before it was delivered. See less

Over priced for the blandness of the meals and I ordered coconut rice and got plain rice that seems like I’ve got from coles, the garlic nan bread was just normal nann bread and with heaps of garlic chucked on top, I called and complained about the long black hair in my food and they told me to come get another one, I didn’t get an apology or even a choice for my money back. Once I got to the store to get my new meal. I showed the photo of the hair. No apology or anything. See less

No option for - 0 rating otherwise give it 00. Watching and waiting for an Order over 1 hour and 7 minutes. Only serving white people first. Expensive n tasteless and full of onions gravy food. All curry’s have same test just name different that’s it. See less

The exterior may be unassuming, but the interior is lovely and the food is exceptional! Best pumpkin curry I have ever had. Will come here for lunch whenever I am in Mornington. See less

This place is a gem. I was so suprised to see how quiet the restaurant was when we got there. The flashing “open” sign didn’t do the place a favour I suppose but lucky we decided to walk in. The restaurant was very tidy and clean including the bathroom. Kitchen was organised and clean as well. Staff were very courteous. Menus offer wide variety of foods. We could not decide so went with the set menu. $40 was a very valuable package. We were allowed to swap some dishes as I do not eat certain meat. Honestly, we got full from the entrée 😆 we could tell the chicken had been marinated well. The sauce had been absorbed into the meat. Chicken tika was very tender. As for the rest, yum! We ended up having to pack some home as there were so much foods. Will go again when visit the Mornington. Addit: as mentioned - we actually went back again on Wednesday 26/1 with 6 people this time. There were 2 tables of 2 and 1 people before us, so not empty like last visit but not that busy really. What we loved was still the foods - ah-mazing! What we did not like was the service. Different waiting staff (a waitress) who wore her mask under her chin the entire time. Talked over the top of us so I did not think she understood the conversation. Item swapping was not allowed this time unfortunately though they were swapped for cheaper items but also extra charges to swap. Anyway - the experience was great, just not as WOW as first time. We asked 3 times for our dessert and then said was in the bag for take way but when we check wasn’t but them charge for it ! Different price in the menu the charger more. Very bad experience. See less

Customer service is unsatisfactory.. The lady on the desk looks rude...no smile at at all ,and her voice was rude. The butter chicken was tasty no doubt. But some chicken piece were burnt little too much, which is responsible for bitter taste.. See less

The best Indian food in Mornington! The chicken and lamb curry with garlic naan is to die for. The naan is fresh and tasty. It goes very well with all the curry dishes. Thank you, and will definitely come back! See less
