On the good side, their ribs are usually good quality , and cooked properly. On the downside, they have pretty average business presentation, and costumer service standards. Frequently have problems with phone standards when taking orders, with surly staff, and orders being filled properly. It’s always a balancing act of “I like the ribs, but will I get what I ordered?” See less

Use to order from them nearly 20 Years ago, moved back to the ACT 20 years later, The Pizza and ribs are still amazing Usually buy their $70 deal, but worth the money, always great service when I do my orders, great staff, would highly recommend See less

Terrible food! Chicken was cold beef ribs were tough and slime texture . The nachos sauce was a soup mixed together and super runny . The nuggets looked raw . It is a big no from me and this cost $70 something. Wish I could get a refund but reading everything makes me think I won't be getting that and hopefully we do not get sick from this . See less

Try to order pizza last night at 7:50pm I called at store to order pizza one of the staff answerd my phone then asked me for my phone number it was first tym I was going to order from this shop she asked me are u a new customer I said yes then she just said sry we are closed and just hang up. The food is fantastic at more than a reasonable price. The customer experience created in store by staff( assuming family members) leaves a lot to be desired though, not even a smile, have a good night or pleasantry upon entry at all. See less

The delivery driver had originally delivered to wrong address. When we finally received the order it was incorrect (not helpful when you have hungry children) called the shop to rectify the order only to very rudely told that we hadn’t ordered that and we wrong. I was repeatedly spoken over and down sworn at by management. Disgusting customer service. Won’t be returning, spend your money elsewhere. See less

Ordered a meal last night with a few pizzas, drink and garlic bread. Happy with the price and quality (fresh with heaps of toppings). Unfortunately when I got home I realised there had been a mix up so I called the store and they were very apologetic and assisted with a satisfactory result. So I would recommend not only for the quality of food but for the quality of service as well! See less

Terrible pizza, greasy cheap and lack of toppings as per listed on menu. None of the ingredients were homemade or fresh, no care or love put into making of it. Truly worse than dominos. The one positive that I have is that when you make such awful food you can only go up from there. See less

Didn't have any issues with the service. The order was correct and the delivery driver was on time and polite. The pizza however was probably the worst my partner and I have ever had. The cheese especially was horrendous, it would not surprise me to learn it was home brand "cheese" slices. Most of our pizzas went in the bin. See less

Ordered $51 worth of food and got three tiny containers of food. Ordered the pasta bake and got a potato bake instead and when called the store to explain it to them the lady manager who my husband spoke to was extremely rude and said it would be another half hour wait for the pasta bake no sorry for the hassle just her demanding we hand over the potato bake before they give us the pasta bake. Now for that much money for that small amount of food and them stuffing up the order to begin with even a sorry would have sufficed or a you can keep the potato bake for the stuff up. Rude, way over expensive for the amount of food you get. As for the taste I definetly could have made food that taste way better for less amount of money. Would not recommend anyone eat or buy food from this crappy rude place. See less
