Family run business and usually have seating most of the time. We went around six and the staff were quite busy doing the delivery orders, so recommend to avoid that time slot if you're going at that time. Food was good and portion sizes are decent and fair price. But similar to other franchises some locations are better than others. But in general good place to socialize if you're in the vicinity. The honey chicken is absolutely disgusting. It’s mainly batter hardly any chicken, and the box was mostly filled with dry noodles not honey chicken, they also packed it in a paper box soaking up any of the bare minimum honey sauce they had added, it was dry and had no honey flavour at all, I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and still hungry🤦🏽‍♀️ See less

Whilst visiting Canberra we dined at Asian Noodle House Belconnen and absolutely loved the meals. The quality was excellent. The service was great and the owner's were very friendly. Will definitely visit again when in Canberra and highly recommend this venue. See less

Absolute disgrace - food not even prepared more than an hour after order placed. When I phoned to enquire - they hung up on three separate occasions! Blamed driver and subsequently changed delivery time to 2 hours after order placed at 6.15pm. Not a busy time in Canberra! Clearly preference Deliveroo over Menulog orders ( yes, I’ve used both) - Deliveroo force you to add non ’optional’ extras at a minimum of $5 per dish - and have the menu set at higher prices to start with. Clearly, the hard working drivers aren’t benefitting. This ‘restaurant’ is a disgrace. Such a shame as the original city based store is great. See less

I concur with the other reviews, the laksa is terrible (for noodle house standard) not the worst laksa I have had, by far but no where near what it should be for the noodle house brand, the soup was white not orange, no spice, just coconut milk with a dab of paste. I only went here as a last resort as dickson Asian noodle house was closed for new years day. I read the reviews and despite having had this experience there previously I was desperate for laksa so just hoped for the best, the other ingredientswere fine though the prawns didn't taste very good. Also got the seafood feed rice, the seafood was half the amount you get at the dickson one. Never going again, ONLY get your laksa from the Dickson shop!! See less

Ordered a Laksa and bag of prawn crackers from here twice now, and twice I've had this same issue. A Laksa mix with a small handful of meat, a pinch of spring onion and other greens, 4 egg noodles...350,000,000 rice noodles to cheaply fill the container and a very underdone broth with under-cooked tofu. To top if off, the prawn crackers were at LEAST a full day old, being as soft and rubbery as a bike tire. Asian Noodle house in Woden and Civic have never been this bad, so its definitely not standard practice to serve Laksa this poorly. A poor order once is a bad day in the kitchen, a poor order twice or more is a bad kitchen. Likely not ordering from here again anytime soon. See less

Things have gone downhill fast at the Asian Noodle House. Boxes stacked up in the restaurant. No diners, only tables that haven't been cleaned and delivery drivers standing around impatiently. There's a new sign directing you to order and pay at the counter. We ask for a bottle of water and glasses when we order, we're told they'll bring it to the table. They don't. I go back to ask again and get, "yes, I said I'd get it..." We pay $9 for a salt and pepper eggplant entree. There are precisely four pieces of lukewarm and rubbery eggplant. The thick batter is stale. We suspect it's been made before and reheated. Our mains are laksa. It shows up in bowls half the size of what you would have gotten a year or so ago. Mine is the wrong meat. Both are cold and watery. It's now obvious why their policy has changed and you're being asked to pay in advance. We walked out and won't be going back. Which is a shame because it used to be awesome. See less

So, this used to be our go to place for Laksa. Now it is nothing more than a Deliveroo shop front. The food was almost certainly cooked yesterday and reheated in a microwave to be served to dine in patrons. We walked out after a couple of spoons of our Laksa. I would never recommend here again to anyone...ever. See less

Super disappointed with our food. Ordered the sweet & sour pork- ridiculously dry and the centre was cold, fried rice- mushy and clumped together and beef and black bean- maybe the only decent meal considering I drowned my dinner in the sauce because the other two were so flavourless. See less

Used to be 5 stars and our favourite restaurant unfortunately the standard has dropped. Poor quality Laksa,basically 99% noodles which were very over cooked and soaked up all the laksa soup. We received very little meat for what we paid for. The laksa soup was 90% coconut milk and 10% laksa paste.We could not taste the laksa flavour at all. Very poor value for money!!! See less

Wait for our food was slow. The entree that we ordered: salt and pepper squid was so dismal – it came out cold and basically store bought...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND The actual laksa and duck noodles we got were quite good but overall, not the best experience and I'm sorry to write this review :(. The food was average. Good presentation but lacking flavour wise. The fish cakes were OK, not too impressive. The laksa (I got a combination laksa) felt like the meat came out cold out of a fridge and was just unceremoniously dumped in the soup. Having said that, the soup base wasn't bad and noodles were well cooked. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the food here though... See less

The laksa here is of the variety with the thick broth, almost the consistency of curry, which made it feel a bit heavy. Flavour was ok. See less

Myself and a few friends go here every second weekend for the lunch time special. $18 gets you a full sized laksa or pho, two pieces of an entree (choice of three different ones) and a can of softdrink. The dishes are always amazing with a rich flavor. The location is nice as the window seats look over the lake. The service is always friendly and accommodating to change requests. See less
