Food is alright. they have no concept of spice or service. “extra spicy” would put my infant to sleep. my party and the few others dining in were ignored, so much so i had time to write this review. zzzz See less

Awful service. 0/5 they had one waitress and she would stand at the counter instead of tending to the customers needs. Food was 4/5 because 4 of our dishes were good but the sweet and sour spicy chicken was very cold in the middle. There were at least 5 delivery drivers in the store waiting around the place for there order. They should ask them to wait outside. See less

The food was not good I ordered Tom Yum chicken it tasted nothing like it. It was the darkest coloured tom yum I've had almost black in colour . Lemon grass and chilli was tasteless and the rice with it was under cooked. We also ordered Japchae had too much glass noodles and was very bland. The only reasonable dish was Singapore noodle it's did taste good that is the only reason I am giving it 2 star. See less

My experience tonight was very disappointing. The meal was over cooked, dry, tasteless and small portion. If only I seen their reviews prior to my entry. The staff were unfriendly (if only they knew how to smile). Unfortunately I will not be revisiting this place again. See less

half of the food we ordered was not available but they still attempted to charge us for food we did not receive ? very long wait times and in the end the food was dry, flat and completely flavourless. I feel sorry for anyone who rates this food as decent. Lesson Learned and never Again. Even giving half a star would be too generous See less

Blandest Pad Thai and Teriyaki we've ever had. For what it was it was also very expensive. Staff were lovely. No stars for the food. Tossed the lot in the bin after 2 mouthfuls. See less

Literally the worst, most bland horse feed in Tuggeranong. I would not feed this garbage to a dog if I owned one….and I don’t like dogs. Ordering a prawn pad Thai and getting two prawns seems as unreasonable as having to chew the cardboard like chicken, disgusting. This joint has simply gotten used to the repeat business and forgotten about any level of quality whatsoever: GIVE IT A MISS! See less

Ordered takeaway as my regular is closed today. Chicken Laksa was just does not taste like Laksa but that of a coconut chicken! Its not spicy nor the "standard" aromatic laksa flavour. The were just a few slices of tasteless chicken and bean curd and Chinese veg. Next we had Vietnamese Pho (beef). Theses were even more disastrous, in culinary terms! Bland and looks like its just some Phu stock mixed with water. There were also a few sliced of beef (quite tough) and there were no the usual mixed beef balls, tendons and others. Oh, the typical slices of onions is nowhere to be seen in the bowl too! The serve were considered smaller than what i normally get. I was told management was changed. Personally i would not go again and will stay full with Instant/Maggi noodles if i need to feed myself when the other restaurants are open. First and last try. See less

I have found that their Laksa is no longer spicy, it may be that many regular customers prefer a very mild tasteless soup, today I ate the contents (Seafood) however walked out leaving the majority of the liquid. I should have avoided this restaurant and had something at home as my wife (who accompanied me) did so when we arrived home. Further the restaurant I prefer to eat Laksa in Tuggeranong was closed today the only reason I dined here. See less

This place has a decent lunch time menu, i usually get either the special friend rice or chicken laksa The price is pretty good, i think around $10, the fried rice usually has too much onions but plenty of char siu and chinese sausages which makes for a good combo. Can’t say much for the customer service, the guy usually just points to where you can sit but no one can ever tell where he is pointing to. It’s an average place with average food See less

Had hainan chicken rice for the first and the last time. Rice was cold and was like it had been sitting around for an extended time. Chicken was a little dry. Soup bowl was dirty. I've been here before and other options were much better. Quality has dropped recently. See less

Fairly average, lacking noodles in the char kway teow. Two staff members arguing behind the bar. Very loud pop music ruins the atmosphere. Much better food and service nearby. See less

Service, food quality, price average at best. Business has gone downhill over the years. If you like this place, try the Dickson shop, everything is infinitely better, thank me later! Dickson Asian Noodle house have the best laksa I have ever eaten anywhere on the planet. See less
