Great customer service and huge welcoming from the owner. The owner is really friendly, welcoming and professional. The place is nice but need more of cleanliness. Went there for Iftar buffet and everything on their menu was so delicious and fresh! Baalbek is a must try for all those who love the middle eastern cuisine. The chicken soup, fatteh and chicken rice were top on the list! Surely going there again to try their rest of the menu! See less

Very friendly owner, but food took a while to come out as only one guy in the kitchen who was also serving as well. Was in a rush and expecting quicker as mainly just got two kebabs. When I got my falafel kebab it was ripped which made it hard to eat. Fresh tasting food, would come back to try. Although there is no air con inside which made it a bit uncomfortable for dining on a hot day. See less

My husband and I have been coming here since it opened, atleast once a week over thr last year-ish.This is the best lebanese food we've ever had that is actually taste great and is fresh, fast, great service and amazing prices. We always get takeaway but their dine in space is huge, great for big families. Their charcoal chicken (whole), is so juicy I don't know how they do it. Everything from the rice, salad, sauces, chips and meat have been seasoned every step of the way. This was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance was nice and clean. Me and my wife went there and ordered kaabsa 1 serve and really like it a lot. The chicken was juicy and flavourful and The rice was good too. The employees were friendly. Overall a great experience. Definitely will go there again. Highly recommended place. See less

My father had the meat platter that was by all accounts also delicious and filling. We had a starter of a bread with spinach, fetta and cheese as well that was tasty.
