Love the food at bami but I noticed my chicken roll doesn't come with the ingredients listed on the menu. It's missing the paste and the extra sausage meat/slice, it needs these ingredients it's missing the flavour. So it's simply, pickled carrot, cucumber, chicken, coriander and the sauce. Paid extra for more pork and chicken on my roll, didn't get it , same as normal and wasn't loaded as 3/4 of roll was salad , would have thought extra pork and chicken roll would have been half meat and half salad, do they think we're all stupid See less

Used to be a great but has gone down hill lately. Vietnamese rolls have much less meat in them and the price for them recently went from $7 to $8.50. They've quickly gone from excellent value to poor value. See less

This has got to be the worst roll i have ever had. Absolutely cold. Spring rolls are cold, the pork buns are cold. Tried to ring store and some poor kid who seemed to he kitchen hand couldnt even help out. Pretty bad business to leave someone without any help on board. Stay away See less

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The gentleman in front of me ordered a salad bowl asking for 3 choices of meat in stead of 2 and was rudely told No then explained he would pay extra for it and the women serving then turned around and laughed with another Co worker as this gentleman was a bigger build. Everyone knew what she was saying (no English needed). He was mortified. I told her she was being terribly disrespectful and was completely ignored so I left. I will never order from there again. I Love BaMi Shop, Vietnamese Take Away. We always get a Pork Roll with Chilli minus patae and minus Corriander. They have a great Meal Deal where you can get 1x Chicken or Pork Roll, 1x Dim Sim ( Fried or Steamed ) with a special Chilli Soy Sauce or Spring Roll and 1x Can of Soft Drink for $10...its great value and they are absolutely delicious. Not very good customer service. The lady in the counter didn’t even apologise for giving wrong order. Looks angry and unhappy all the time. Never smile, never say hi and never say thank you to customers. Not pleasant. Also, the noodles in the salad is always over cooked and mushy. See less

I ordered from these guys via Uber eats and I wasn’t expecting anything great but boy was I wrong best bun bowl i have eaten in a long time. I ordered double meat and the chicken and pork where tasty, the salad was so fresh, the noodles were not dry, so soft and the dressing was tasty. We ordered this today at work for lunch for the first time via Uber eats and I had the combination noodle salad bowl with crackling pork and chicken plus the pork steamed bun and O.M.G it was absolutely delicious! Recently the pork rolls (bah mi) recipe seems to have changed somewhat, they were one of the best in Adelaide but have gone down hill a little. Right now the pick here is the noodle salads with a choice of pork and tofu. Avoid the pho. See less
