Writing this review will hurt me equally! Sorry! It is true that, to date this restaurant is by far the best Bangladeshi restaurant in Canberra. However, Customer service is really bad! Food taste and servings are inconsistent! We would tolerate the owners ego if the food is extra ordinarily good. Please understand the true meaning of hospitality business. Customer satisfaction is important. This will also help our community and save our traditional style businesses. Best wishes and egarly waiting for a better alternative in town! P.S. On our last visit we found the jelabi(sweets) was really tasty. See less

We been to Canberra bangladesh high commission for our No Visa Required Label. In between flights we had 7 hour gap. We were looking for a Bangladeshi Restaurant or cozy place to have our meal and refreshments. My wife find it on Google. High commission to BD dine. It took almost half an hour during the traffic. First time here. We tried traditional bengali food. It was great. We had food there and take away for our dinner. Good food, good people. Recommend them. See less

Food quality is not consistent and not always fresh. Takes at least 40mins to bring food on the table after you order. Stuff are rude, even when you’re on phone call for takeaway. Horrible place never going back, won’t recommend anyone to go as well, unless they upgrade their food and service quality!!! See less

My first experience with Bangladeshi cuisine and I loved it. I don't have any other similar experience to compare it with, found the food very original and tasty. Service was, however not the best but who cares when you get good food in return. My 5-stars to this growing business and I hope they reflect back onto themselves to compensate on shortcommings. ***Highly recommended this Bangladeshi restaurant*** I live in Newcastle. I have come to visit Canberra and I was looking for a good Bangladeshi restaurant. I used to eat many Bangladeshi restaurants in Sydney but every time they disappointed me. This time I went to “BD Dine” in Canberra, and it really fulfilled my expectations. ***This restaurant brought my soul in Bangladesh for few seconds.*** Here I am telling you what I have tested and how testy it was. •Beef shikh kebab- It came with salad and paratha. Taste- 10/10 (I really love to give them more if I could. Because I can’t explain how juicy, soft and yummy it was). •Beef Khichuri- If you like spicy food, order beef khichuri. Enough meat and good amount of food. It remembered me the authentic taste of Bangladeshi food. Taste- 10/10 •Chicken roast and polao: It came with shami kebab, chicken roast and polao. Good amount of food. Roast taste like ‘Biye barir roast’. Taste-10/10 •Chicken Biriyani- It came with egg and chicken. No lol I ordered it for my 8 years old son. It was perfect for my son and he really liked it. This one is perfect for them who don’t like spicy food. Taste-9/10 Vegetable roll- Our entry food was vegetable roll. It was really delicious and crunchy. Taste- 10/10 •Masala Tea- I don’t know how I can explain the taste and the look of this masala tea. It brought the taste of Bangladesh in another level. Taste-10/10 •Decorations- The decoration of this restaurant give you Bangladeshi restaurant fillings. The light green colour remembered me; my green Bangladesh and in one corner it has Bangladeshi vehicles, books and other items which place me my tradition on it. See less

Would give 0 if I could. Made a booking for 7.30 tonight arrived and they said they were full. Asked why and they said table was filled. We had arrived on time. They said we could wait at the door for 45 minutes. Terrible service. Will never be back again. See less

Delicious!! What a treat it was dining here. The flavours were spot on and this is place to go if you are seeking comfort food. We ordered the rohu fish meal and goat curry meal deal with chicken samosa and daal puri as starters. My word the meal was so satisfying. Freshly made good honest food. See less

" BD DINE " is another name for Bangladeshi traditional dishes. Previously few of them tried to establish a truly Bangladeshi restaurant in Canberra. But all of them couldn't hold that for long. Bcz lots of issues about specially for food quality, service, price, availability etc. But " BD DINE " is different. Not hundreds of dishes in menu. Selected popular dishes in menus and with daily special deals. Which is very good start. I had few times take away & dine in with BD DINE. and my experience was very good overall. Tasty food😋, fresh food, good customer service 👍👍 At last my suggestion to BD DINE, you guys can do more better. Keep continue good work. Find the loophole if any & fix. Entree - kolija singara - great Entree - moghlai - bit oily and not enough egg Main 1 - beef biryani - good but more like a tehari than biryani. Missing potatoes Main 2 - pulao with beef rezala and roast. Yum! To finish - really really good tea! See less
