I ordered $94 worth of food. My first order with Beijing. It did not come. I phoned the restaurant snd they were not interested. I will never use them again. Dont trust them. See less

Ordered takeaway dish (Sat) which was inedible. Returned Sunday but no refund. Beijing House suggested I call order app for refund ($29) Order app flicked me back to Restaurant which rudely hung up on me. Very bad service and attitude. See less

Oh no this was our go to chinese restaurant, we have been having their food for well over 10 years every time it's been amazing. Not now. They have changed the size of the spring rolls they dont look hand made anymore. The dry chilli chicken was so salty it was enedible. Mongolian lamb was half full and the cashew chicken had no flavour. We are so disappointed 😞 😔 See less

Ordered a delivery through their own delivery service EASI. If you are thinking about it don't. We received a meal that was prepared at 6:30pm (noted on the receipt)and delivered to our door at 7:20 congealed and cold, and frankly pretty unappetising. When I called to complain I was directed back to EASI whose only solution was to offer a discount voucher....and that process took 20mins. I am unlikely to ever eat there again. See less

1 star goes to Peking Duck. It was a happy dinner until one of the staff came to our table asking “How much longer time would you like to sit here? During COVID-19 we actually only allow 2 hours dining time but you guys have sit here for more than 4 hours.” Please remember to put a sign on the table before complaining with your customer next time. Dropped in at 7pm on Sunday night. Asked for a table for 5. Was greeted with a long drawn out"Oh my God..." There were 4 tables set for 4 and 1set for 5 .The 5 table was booked for 7.30. We didn't mind pulling a 5th chair to a table set for 4. The waitress rushed down the front. Then came back. "You can eat here, pointing at the table for 5."If you eat fast!" What a dreadful customer service mentality and attitude. Wouldn't go back there if you paid me! It's all too hard for them. Went to another Chinese restaurant very near by next suburb. Wonderful friendly greeting, service food and better prices. See less

Been going here for years. A favourite of ours. Great tasting food, eat-in or take-away. Staff always seem very pleasant. Four stars because, while the food is great, the take-away dishes have become considerably smaller over the years. Buying extra dishes, to make up for this, has made a meal considerably more expensive than necessary. 🙃 See less

I love this place. So does my partner. We cannot pass by without stopping in for some food. I recommend anything on the menu but a particular favourite is the tofu and vegetables and the deep fried ice cream. Reasonable prices and there's always a table. We have been 5 times now and will return again in the near future. See less

This place is excellent. We go here often either on a weekennight or a Friday night. Normally with the toddler and the two of us. Never had a problem getting a table early but it is always busy in the restaurant when we are leaving and a constant stream of take away orders confirms my positive feelings about the food. Highlight for us is the crispy duck pancakes which we religiously order. We also see a lot of people ordering the Peking duck but haven't had the need for it ourselves yet. The pork dumplings are also great. The standard western Chinese dishes are very good and make every visit pleasurable. See less

Had a decent dinner with a good duck pancake as well as fish dumplings in hot and vinegar soup but when I went to order asian pancakes for dessert, was told I'm only allowed if I order two?? I never realized we lived under a bartering system and they'd only serve you if it was deemed worth their while! This was a good 25 minutes before they closed too so can't even argue it was because they were doing me a favour! Such a shame as the food was good and it was a regular go-to. See less
