Ordered for pickup over the phone.
Was told food would be ready by 1930.
Got to restaurant a little early.
Multiple eye contacts with different servers, no one approached.
Had to grab some one to check my order, was advised to wait another 5 minutes. This was at 1927.
I have seen 5-6 different Caucasian customer/group entering and being served right away (less than a minute). But interestingly not for people with skin tone. They either waited or needed to grab someone - very hard to not take it as racial discrimination.
Waited another 5 minutes, same again, no approach. Learned my lesson so I grabbed someone again to check again, was told she would check, but never returned.
Someone finally approached, has to explain the entire story again, was advised to wait another 1-2 minutes. This was 1938.
When the server recognised my frustration, he was giving lame excuses making me more frustrated. Simple ‘Thank you very much for your patience with us today’ would have been much better.
The food was finally ready and payment was made at 1941. I would say the wait could have been less stressful. Lacks management and risk management/handling.
I would not return nor recommend.
On side note, I really think management need to advise the employees why masks are being worn. If you touch your mask to pull it down from your face and pull it up again and then touch utensils and other things, there is no purpose of masks. See less
