They have a habit of selling many days OLD desserts. Please check before buying. The desserts I bought, the cake was soggy and another dessert there was water seeping along the sides. They were not fresh, anyone would be able to tell once they put it in thier mouth. Disappointing. See less

Went there on Friday - the girls working there weren’t friendly at all. Their customer service sucked and weren’t helpful. I was going to buy some bread but when I got to the counter it came up as another type of bread, so obviously they’d placed it under the wrong heading. When I asked what it was at the counter she looked at me like I was stupid even though they put obviously put it the wrong place. The girls there were more interested in standing at the counter talking to each other and looking at their phones than helping. It’s a shame cause I would’ve still bought the bread and some drinks if she was nicer and more helpful. Very rude staff. See less

I’ve always been a regular to this franchise and when they first opened in the area I was really excited and bought a lot of tea and dessert from there regularly. Even during COVID I made sure to support this local business but the service from the 2 ladies in particular was absolutely shocking. It’s not the first time I experienced it so I felt compelled to write this. The 2 ladies working there were blunt, made mistakes with the orders and never apologised. For instance, I ordered a warm milk tea but they gave me one full of ice…when I asked them to at least take out the ice they were just rude and dismissive. When you ask them nicely to heat up the croissant they are just as annoyed. If you continue to treat your customers like this I don’t think anyone will be returning. See less

It was just a random visit. Wanted to buy a cake for my friend’s b’day. I saw these little cute cups with different flavours. I changed my mind and grabbed 2 flavours- strawberry lychee cup and strawberry matcha cup. It was light and not to heavy unlike a cake. Would try different flavours next time 😋 See less

I have tried a few types of bread and all of them were so delicious, especially the salted egg with pork floss ones. The store is well-decorated and I love the vibes here although it’s small. Service is quick as I never have to wait too long Will need to try bubble tea in the future See less

What I've come to like about this place is the variety in terms of their menu. From the outside it definitely has the look and feel of a milk tea store but infact it's much more than that and does justice to the other products as well. Highly recommend their croissants and other bakery items (get in there quick as they sell out!), which scream value (combo it with a coffee for under $9, which is unheard of). They desserts and fruit smoothies are quite nice as well. See less

I enjoyed the recommendations today since I wasn't sure what to try. My favourite was the Purple Rice Yogurt Smoothie and the seasonal strawberry boom boom drink. Great service, and I'd definitely come back again to try some other drinks!! See less

I tried the Wuwu pearl milk tea (which was their signature brown sugar-infused tapioca), the strawberry yoghurt smoothie (super refreshing) and had the scrambled egg & bacon croissant + coffee deal in the morning. Their croissants are baked fresh every morning in store so they were super crisp and I really enjoyed them. Definitely coming back!! See less

Great atmosphere with friendly staff who were happy to make recommendations when I couldn't decide on what drink to get. I was recommended the strawberry boom boom, which I will definitely recommend to my friends who love their fruity drinks since the ingredients were so fresh. Took a few cakes home to my family and the mango mousse bear and the red velvet were definitely the favourites! The unique designs of the sweets made it a great treat to bring home to loved ones. Will definitely be back to try more of the drinks! See less
