Poor customer service, rude to customer. Didn’t response appropriately for customer question. Need to improve food quality and have to clean restaurant. Looks unhygienic while entering to Restaurent.

I was ordering some food takeaway, but the waitress was rude. No greeting and not listen to me at all. It was not a rush hour, and I was not happy with my experience here.

Do yourself a favor and visit this awesome restaurant in Glenorchy. The service is unmatched. The food is absolutely amazing . Absolutely the best meal I've had while in. Highly recommend!

Bento, regardless of location, serve a brilliant dish. Although during COVID-19, they are only offering takeaway, the quality is still brilliant. I actually found that the salmon sashimi on this occasion was fresher and tastier than ever before! Keep up the amazing work Bento!

Very limited vegetarian options. They do not offer a vegetarian curry like the Glenorchy Bento restaurant. They also do not have any fruit juices, and the only drink options available are soft drinks or plain bottled water. The avocado sushi they prepared was ok. It is hard to recommend this restaurant if you are a vegetarian.

For a fussy eater such as myself, I love Bento! Great dine in experience and even better food! Not the biggest venue so don't expect to bring a large group in but the staff are great and the fried chicken sushi is my personal recommendation. It has all the typical Japanese food you'd expect and is great value for money. Hard to stay away from the place to be honest!

Awesome food and great service. Reasonably priced , with good enough portion sizes. Lots of food options. Had the udon noodle and the big bento box twice on consecutive days. Enough places to sit and lots of parking around.
