Since the new management has taken over everything from the coffee, friendlier staff and in particular the bacon and egg roll is 100 times better! The special sauce on the Betty bacon and egg roll.. heaven. See less

A few new faces and signage that indicates the cafe is now under new management. There's definitely been a drastic improvement in customer service and the coffee is now consistently good. Fingers crossed this new standard is maintained. See less

Coffee shop in the base of the DHS Dorris Blackburn Building. Only had the coffee this morning and there was a large lineup for it! Coffee was fine overall. Do note the other reviews focused very heavily on how rude the staff were. Can’t speak for their experiences but the lady who served me was nice and friendly. Perhaps a change of staff? Only point to note is that mobile phone reception is poor in this coffee shop. Found it hard to work with the phone tethered. Obviously not the owners fault, but perhaps a public WiFi??? See less
