I tasted chicken wrap it was so yummy , Portuguese chicken ribs was also great, the shop keeper was very nice and kind , I was treated really good he gave me the water bottle at no cost! Shop looked neat and hygienic give a try if you visit merrylands , I recommend big bun for big hunger at afternoons See less

Patties are always cooked to perfection on the flame grill. All fresh ingredients and top quality, which just makes for an incredible burger. I always try to get myself to Merrylands when I'm in Sydney just to go to Big Bun. Keep up the great work. See less

i am writing this review as an uber driver.. it was 2:30 am when i got a delivery from this restaurant when i went to pick up.. the guy(having a lot of tattos on his body) told me we are closed .. i came back i was about to cancel the order meanwhile i got a message from customer that what’s happening with the order why you not delivering it.. i told her that restaurant is closed but she said the guy i just talked to he has prepared the order and given to you and you are trying to steal my order????? what???? i went back at the restaurant called the customer and tried to make her talk with the guy (having tattoos) and he denied to talk with the customer.. disgusting situation i cannot prove the customer that i did not get the order at all and she was blaming me its all on that guy with a lot of tattoos.. i mean wth do you even have little bit of moral values?? never goong back there.. The staff is very RUDE especially the the guy with lots of tattoos. He doesn’t listen to the order carefully. I have to repeat myself 3-4 times. After ordering my food he end up making half the order and told if I can’t wait I can cancel all my order. He played the music so loud that I can even listen what he said and eventually in the end I end up tell him to lower the volume. He serve the customer came after me and gave me the reason that she only got 1 burger. That guy shouldn’t work at that shop. Plus the shop only take cash and they put even their own cash machine so the customer had no choice other than withdrawing the money and pay $2.50 extra withdrawal fee. The owner should give a proper customer service training to his staff before allowing them to run the business in his absence. Very disappointed. See less

It was ok, but not as good as I was expecting. We had the cheese burger, the chicken wrap, the Portuguese chicken burger and the cheesey fries. The beef was a bit under seasoned and could have done with more char from the grill. It was missing that crust that you get from a good smash patty. The wrap was ok, but pretty basic. The Portuguese burger sauce was lacking that recognisable flavour of chilli and ginger. The cheese fries were great though! Melted cheese on chips. Can't get that wrong. It's not as expensive as Milky Lane or John Belvedere but it's not in that league at all. See less
