I’ve ordered 3 times via Uber Eats from this place and the experience is always poor. Top marks for consistency. Friends report the same disappointment.
Firstly, your order will take at least twice as long as the estimated delivery time provided by Uber, leading you to question whether you’ll ever get your food. You’ll have less chance of dying from starvation if you ordered your food directly from a Tokyo.
There’s an extremely lacking vegetarian selection. Do they honestly believe vegetarian customers will be interested in returning if they only have a couple of choices?! The measly few options available aren’t even that great to begin with.
If you ever actually get your food delivered, you’ll find that everything is quite dry. Particularly the cold rolls which will break apart every single time as the two rolls stick together in the packet.
No matter how much food you order, they’ll still only provide you with 1 pair of chopsticks, 1 folk and 1 serviette.
Granted, this is the northern suburbs and they probably think we don’t deserve anything better. But can we at least try to have some semblance pride in our work? Your future and the progress of our area depends on positive growth, new ideas, food that won’t kill us because it’s days old and that doesn’t mean doing things by halves. See less
