Considering Bio by DOC is a spawn off the popular D.O.C. chain, we were shocked there was no pizza option at all. Instead, Bio takes a spin on modernising Italian dishes.
My favourite and the most memorable was the Cavolfiore - the pine nuts were an excellent way to add some nutty taste and crunchy texture.
Otherwise, the rest of the dishes were decent. Some of the dishes benefitted with more seasoning, but overall it was just pleasant.
Bio is also a great place for friends who have dietary requirements. Especially for friends who can't eat garlic and onion - the food incredibly accessible! See less
