I love going to biteful kebabs as they have amazing spinach and feta gozleme and nice snackpacks. However, today I went and ordered a snackpack and asked for garlic aioli and sweet chilli sauce, but when I got in my car and looked at what I ordered and tasted it, it wasn’t right. The lady gave me hot chilli sauce also the chips were so soggy and tasted old. So I went back and just mentioned that she put the wrong sauce. Than I saw her just got more meat and heated it up and used the same chips and some of the left over meat had hot chilli sauce still on it. Above all I saw her just on her phone while I waited for my food. The chips just tasted odd and soggy and just wasn’t satisfied at all. I love going to biteful kebabs but my experience today is just disappointing. See less

Absolutely garbage kebabs I was so disappointed when I ate a kebab here it was basically two scraps of meat a stingy serving of lettuce and they went crazy on the garlic sauce all wrapped in a sad thin dry roll if your in Southside avoid this place See less

Food is okay. Snack pack is awesome. I tried mushroom and chicken gozleme, I can only give 2 stars for it as the mushroom was not good and did not look and tasted fresh... Some improvements needed in the quality of the gozleme. I may try the kebab roll. later sometimes as I did not order it this time. See less

I'd rate half a star if I could Cheap meat, with a Cheap Wrap. Makes you feel sick after eating. Not even toasted. Get some good quality bread, have some care with putting it together, and toast it with some hummus. This is how you make a good tasting kabab. See less

Ordered via Menulog but that’s no excuse as food was delivered directly by the restaurant. Food arrived 90mins late, cold AND missing dessert. Keep your store credits, never ordering here again. See less

Middle of a pandemic and lockdown with mandatory mask wearing and the girl working decides that she's doesn't need to follow those rules. Constantly taking her mask off whilst handling our food and no hand santising between touching her mask and the food she's handling. Quite disgusting, this virus is passed through droplets and the air so she's putting everyone at risk. Do better please See less

Wish I could give these guys 6 stars. The salads are always fresh, the sauces are very nicely done, and the meat is always sooo juicy 😋 I haven't tried everything on the menu but out of the many times I've been there only once did I wait longer than 10 minutes for my order. Staff are friendly and develop relationships with their customers. Honestly one of if not the best eating experience I know of in Canberra. I never miss any chances to eat here See less

Best HSPs in the South! The both taste and look amazing, this is now my regular go to from home. The HSPs, service and experience is always excellent. The owner and staff are lovely. Nice long tables in the outdoor area so plenty of room to bring you mates and four legged friends. Check this place out, delicious! See less
