The food is great but the customer service BLOWS GOATS! I have NEVER experienced such bad manners from the management to their staff . And her nagging does not stop. I would reccommend to order but don't wait inside for your food.... LET THIS BE A WARNING! See less

The owner is the rudest and most arrogant person to work for, I walked out on my shift. She will pay you $12 an hour which wasn't even worth doing. Make sure you don't do anything wrong as you will get abused and called names. Wouldn't recommend this play to anyone See less

Extremely disorganised & very very slow. Took 25 minutes to get $5 of chips (with no salt). How hard is that for a fish n chip shop. Avoid at all costs. See less

Absolutely rude customer service, while I was ordering the lady actually said 'oh come on then' in other words hurry up considering i was ordering $50 worth... wont be going back and will be telling others to go elsewhere. See less

Why oh why do I order from here. Sometimes I think it's because I'd like to give them another chance to see if the owners have changed or actually read reviews. The two old ladies are constantly arguing with each other - which is mentioned in multiple other reviews. The shop is poorly looked after and the instant feeling is that it's unhygienic when you walk in. They are rude, stubborn and abrupt. Their English isn't great (which I am ok with), but add that to the rest of the issues and it makes this whole Blue Bay experience worse. They have now for the last few months made you order chips in their specific quantities - $3.50, $5 and $8. No other options. What happened to $6, $10 etc, or whatever the CUSTOMER wants? There is a sign that says quality, not quantity. The food meets neither of those expectations. It's was the previous time, and again on Sunday: Greasy, soggy and old oil. Small potato cakes. And not enough salt. I wont be going back. See less
