Have been here a few times a couple of years ago and found the food pretty good. Came today and wish we hadn't, the food was awful. I had the Rosti stack... which should have been diced potatoes fried but got 3 hash browns, the bacon had no flavour and the avocado tasted off. Five hours later and I'm not feeling well. Definitely not returning. See less

Went for breakfast today 24/3/22 at 9.30am and the 2 meals we ordered were terrible. Bacon and eggs came out with no bacon. Eggs Benedict was awful as the spinach had sand in it and the eggs were over cooked. The food here used to be nice but they must have a new cook now. Will never return. See less

I've been here several times in the past and it has been ok, but there must be a change in management or chefs because the food has definitely improved! the customer service was good, food tasted delicious and prices were at great value for what you get. Food was very nice, staff weren't the friendliest but wouldn't stop me going back. Dining outside (street side) was a bit off as they allow a smoker's area less than 10m from the entrance. Quite odd in today's world and makes your meal not as enjoyable. See less

The food is pretty standard pub meal affair, although with more seafood options (hence the name). Prices are about what you would expect, without the food being exceptional. There is outdoor seating with a nice view of the lake but not much inside and there's no bar area. See less

It was my first visit to the Boatdeck Cafe this week to meet with 3 friends for an end of year catchup and their first visit also. We each enjoyed a great lunch having ordered penne pasta dishes and pizza. I chose the vegetarian pizza which was the best I've had anywhere, tasty and without all the dripping oils many other places tend to add. It was very busy but we were served promptly and the staff were very nice. Great coffee also and will becoming again! See less

Love this cafe . Food is always fresh and well presented. Love the gnocchi with pumpkin. Nice freshly squeezed orange juice. I enjoy sitting down by the the water and having time out. Keep up the good work guys 👌👌👌 See less

The boatdeck Cafe in my opinion is hard to review. The coffee used to be bad but has now gotten good. There is heaps of seating and if your lucky enough to get a table by the lake on a nice day it's gorgeous. As for the food I find it a little hit and miss. I've had good food before but for our most recent visit I wasn't impressed. We have pancakes and waffles with chocolate sauce. It looked lovely but there was no where near enough chocolate sauce. It was all decoration. The pancakes were on the dry side. The strawberries were fresh and delicious though. See less

Nailed it. Again. The lamb risotto is next level delicious. This is a recipe that someone got right and said that's it. Pizzas are always on point. Unfortunately the chicken was super salty but didn't take points as 1.it wasn't my meal and 2.my food and wine was easily a 5star. See less
