Lockdown 5.0 dinner takeaway - ordered on their website. Was shocked that after making payment, estimated wait time for pick up was 73min! Probably worth giving customers an estimate before making payment. Anyway decided not to cancel the order. Perhaps ordering through DoorDash or similar would give you an estimate time prior to payment (but I don’t use those services) Had kimbap (spicy pork), buldak and jajangmyeon. Have been a few times now and this is one of our favourites. Cute little Korean restaurant that is great for a casual night out. Food is very good - authentic home-style dishes that is delicious. One star off for slow service - we have dined in and also had take away and experienced wait times for both. I was quoted a pick up time for take away and when I got there (15 minutes after the quoted time) I still had another 10 minutes wait before food was ready. During my wait several other people arrived and every single one was asked to wait more. It should be noted that when my order was finally ready I was offered a free drink as an apology for the delay. Despite this I would still recommend for the food. Restaurant is also cash only. FREEZING COLD. They have no heating and a group of 8 left shortly after arriving for this reason. LONG WAITS. To be seated seated and receive service. Also, they brought out a hot dished and 10 mins later the rice came leaving the beef lukewarm. BLAND FOOD. Kimchi, pork belly, cream corn all tasteless. The beef bulgogi, despite being cold, was nice. See less

I dont really know what to say...are all the other reviews fake? Or maybe they just had take-away... - The restaurant is FREEZING. A winters night with no heating at all, it was the same temperature as outside. - We waited 15 minutes for our menus, before i stood up and grabbed them from behind the desk myself. - We then waited another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. - A short (ha) 45 minute wait until our dumplings arrived. - 25 minutes after our dumplings, we received our first meal. - 20 minutes after our first meal, our second meal finally arrived. - All of this and the food isnt even good, the chicken tasted off, the pork was chewy and bland. So almost 2 hours sitting in the freezing cold, for average food at best and no service at all. I understand that some nights just dont go well, or a staff member may have called in sick - but a simple apology for the horrible service would have gone a long way. Wont be coming back. See less

The place to be for Korean food lovers. Was a casual dining plan for our friends meeting and didn’t expect much, however, the atmosphere made us feel welcomed instantly as the staffs greeted to us with friendly smiles. Amazing foods+ great service= Great customer service and yummy Korean food! Japchae and Bibimbap! The food is better than before 🤩 will be supporting all the way! We will come back soon! See less

Quite good. To be nit-picky the dumplings were a little tough when they arrived and the beef bibimap could maybe do with a wider variety of vegetables. But these are small points. The flavour was good. See less
