Without a doubt the best chai I've ever had, every time. The fusion of used bookstore and cafe is very lovely. Restricted food items due to lack of space for a developed kitchen, but as long as you don't go in expecting a restaurant experience (spoiler: it's not a restaurant), the place is a delight. See less

Always enjoy the Hot Choc and toasted cheese croisant! Great staff, very clean and reasonably priced. Well worth a visit. Hubby loves his coffee (can be fussy) and loves coffee from here. Can sit outside as well See less

Coffee in this nice little cafe is always good. Cold brew coffee is also available. The staff were friendly and service is usually fast. Limited seating but they have quite a book collection for avid readers. See less

Tucked away from the rest of Traralgon's establishments, The Cog has a much needed atmosphere that so many other places in the area are simply devoid of. The staff are super friendly, and the coffee is consistently decent. I'd like it to be a little stronger personally, so I'll be ordering double shots, however the pure charm of this place makes it a must visit, and will surely become your local. See less

I love it here. There is a friendly cosy atmosphere to the place that is very inviting. I got coffees, tea, a foccacia & a little dessert. Then I was able to browse & read the second hand books they have, in the end I bought one for pretty much nothing. The place is beautifully warm in the winter cold & the staff are friendly and relaxed. They also make GREAT coffee. You can easily plug in your device to charge at the benches/ communal tables & spend time browsing the internet. I would highly recommend this place. See less
