I only had one dish during my visit and it was unfortunately not good. I ordered Nawabi goat biriyani and it was a mix of thick basmati rice and goat curry. Cant say about other dishes but I hope other dishes are good. Wont recommend Biriyani’s from this place. See less

WOW! Just had an absolutely wonderful meal. Tandoori mushrooms are superb. Butter Chicken, Beef Vindaloo, Safron Rice and Garlic Naan. Really superb taste and good prices. See less

We really enjoyed our meal at Bollywood Masala. It was an interesting and enticing menu that, in addition to the classics, had a number of regional and signature dishes. I look forward to returning in order to try more of the menu! The Bollywood Dhal was delicious, and the Tandoori Mushrooms were a revelation! The restaurant does appear to be a little understaffed (not uncommon for the times we’re in), and so service was a tad slow. However, this was absolutely no reflection on the lovely lady who served us (Puja, I believe?) who was simply delightful and doing the work of 3 people! We’ll definitely be back 😊 See less

Absolutely amazing food! Was super excited to try this and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Everything we ordered was as authentic as a typical Indian restaurant. Their ambience is good, I would definitely recommend this place to go out with family and friends. We ordered few dishes. Everything turned out to be perfect and delicious. Best dishes- Achari tikka, Dum ka murg, Samosa chaat, Garlic naan, Rose lassi and Gulab jamun. Freshly made and pleasant ambiance. Overall the food and their customer service was so good by the manager pooja. See less

Not worth to order Rude behaviour Who says that I haven’t ordered with you and 2nd thing is your staff didn’t do this 1st time this is happened with me 3rd or 4th time and its not that we don’t like to wait its just you guys don’t give proper response to delivery drivers and keep on telling us wrong timing to make us wait either tell us correct time so we don’t waste our time waiting for customers food for 20-30minutes And double check I haven’t given 1star to other restaurants for same reason. My partner and I love eating Indian food, and we tried here recently. Absolutely delicious - one of the best palak paneers we’ve ever had. The daal with red kidney beans (a.k.a. “happiness in a bucket”) was awesome, and the staff were really lovely too! See less

Simply the best Indian in Canberra. I feel like Bollywood Is criminally underrated. Every dish we have had has been superb. For me what puts them apart is the taste of fresh herbs and spices. There just seems to be so much complexity of flavour to the dishes and you just know they have worked hard to get each dish right. See less

Ignore the one star idiot review, I really don’t understand how people can be so rude and unfair in reviewing a business where everyone works so hard to deliver such good food. The food here is amazing!! The Bollywood leg of lamb was stunning, so tender and full of flavour. Portion sizes are massive, and everything we ordered tasted soooo good. Probably the best Indian I’ve had in many years. I would absolutely recommend this place, and look forward to coming back here next time I am in town. The staff are lovely as well. A+++ See less

Food was flavoursome, not Pataks (paste from jar) like most other restaurants. More authentic then mass produced meals. One of the good tasting biryanis I have had in a while. Service was not bad either. Portion size could do with an increase or reduce the $$ per dish. Nice ambience. See less
