Ordered chilly chicken from here and got served whats in the photo..totally burnt and no seasoning, called the reataurant and the chef+owner kept arguing that its an indo chinese dish and i do not know what chilly chicken tastes like...and if unhappy claim a refund from uber eats. And never received a complaint ever, so here it is your first complaint...no sense of understanding, no customer service..terrible food..NEVER ORDER CHILLY CHICKEN FROM HERE....its a shame these people are running a business with no sense on how someone waiting to have their meal and they serve bad food ..what impact somebody may have...terrible... I don’t know why such local guides try to mislead others I recommend it 100% being a blogger. It was a great experience with Bombay Spice Kitchen. The ambiance is great. Food was very very delicious. Staff members are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Prawn, fish, chicken are amazing dishes the chef makes with house special naan breads. Go get an amazing experience for Indian Cuisine. See less

The quality of the food is really bad. The goat marsala was off, the meat is sour and not eatable. We rang the restaurant to provide feedback and was asked to go back and collect another curry, no thanks at 11pm. A dozen of tiny fried rice prawn (shrimp to be exact) in the prawn curry is just ridiculous. 2 out of the 5 curries are inedible and the rest are ordinary, nothing is good. Won’t be back. See less

Ordered Uber eats. Very disappointed, recommend you heavily focus on improving recipes. I can cook better at home and unfortunately I’m not the best cook. Sending positive vibes for your improvement journey 👌 I believe in you. See less

Giving it one star because they were "Generous" enough to give back "Half" the refund after going back and showing them the uncooked chicken at 11pm. The manager and chef were not ready to accept that they had given uncooked chicken and demanded we bring the chicken back and that the refund will depend on what they think of it. After giving only half the refund, they demanded the remaining chicken back as they seemed to think that we were going to eat it once we got home. Being in the hospitality sector myself, never have I seen any customer being treated the way these guys treated us. See less

May I start by saying the naan bread was quite delightful. But I had some issues with the curry, this is quite expensive for 6 pieces of beef. We orders the vindaloo curry and it came with minimal amounts of meat ( as seen in the photos below ) We ordered over $60 worth of food and everything was mainly sauce. A good curry should be full of meat. Our Uber driver also was quite rude and delivered to our neighbours. I hope to see better service in the feature. See less

I ordered food three times. All the time, there was disappointment. The only good food was their biryani. It was great. Firstly mushrooms pakoda, very soggy mushrooms was uncooked no flavor. Tandoori chicken Tikka masala, the dish was full on capsicum onion and just 4 piece of chicken with a wierd aftertaste. Paneer dilruba, the dish was super sweet and only tomato flavored. Chicken madras again there was a funny after taste from the chicken. The most common thing amongst all the time I ordered was it gave me a stomach upset. Not gonna waste money anymore. See less

Food is mouthwatering and delicious. Staff are very friendly, supportive and cooperative. The environment is remind us our ethnicity. Haven’t taste it before and recommended all of them to visit it once. Don’t missed out the taste if you’re in Adelaide. Thanks for carving foods. See less

Not sure why this restaurant attracts such high scores. My food just now was too sweet and everything seemed to be in tomato sauce. All sweet and sour but no savoury. And I couldn't locate any fish in the fish madras. The menu reads well but the food is sloppy and miserly. Suitable for nursing home at best and only then if you don't respect your elders. See less
