I was fortunate to have run a the subsidiary of a French company in Australia so I have been to France many times and love French food and atmosphere. I have been searching for this on the Sunshine Coast since I arrived from Melbourne 2 years ago. To.my absolute delight I have now I have found it and more in the Brasserie Cent Six. The ambience of this small Brasserie reminds me of many I have been to in small villages in France. It is easy to meet other diners if you so wish. The food is prepared and served by the owners, the friendly and delightful Stephan and Lucy. It is obvious that everything is freshly made with love and care leaving a wonderful lasting taste in your mouth. I first went for a themed lunch which enticed me back for one of their musical Chat Noir dinners, another unforgettable experience. Now I am looking forward to their Bouilliabaise based evening which is back for its third run due to strong demand from the local French community and friends. We share a love of French cuisine and discovered this amazing experience through a French friend. I have honestly never tasted food like this. The souffle was unrivalled, as was the entire meal.. Easily the best you will find outside France and Stephen was a wonderful host. 10 stars See less

My first time at this place for dinner and yes, it was amazing. The duck was crispy, the sauces exquisite and the soufflè was perfect. The chef and hostess were both friendly. We enjoyed the small personable atmosphere and attention. I would highly recommend this place. See less

What's an amazing place Stephen was fantastic, a great host and an impeccable chef, it was so good the first time, we went back for our wedding anniversary the following day to a completely different menu. This beautiful place is a must try with beautiful traditional French fayre with the best quality food and produce.
