Great location in Norwood. The food and drinks was outstanding. The food portions were excellent and represented great value for money. Apparently they are short staffed. Wouldn’t know it, the food and drinks delivered really quickly by incredibly friendly and happy staff. I honestly can’t think of anything they need to improve on. Myself and a few friends attended Bravo for lunch a few days ago. The food was delicious and we all absolutely loved what we ordered. Unfortunately what lets this place down is the waiting service on the tables. We arrived early so we all ordered coffee/tea prior to ordering lunch. We finished our drinks and chatted for about another 45 minutes. It was obvious we had finished but our cups were all left there. We went to order our meals and then after a while when we knew our meals were probably going to come out soon we had to ask for our cups/tea pots etc to be taken away. The same thing occurred with our lunch plates. We ate our lunch and sat there for an hour after we had all finished with dirty plates in front of us. It was not overly busy on the day we were there and there was a lot of waiting staff just walking around, chatting and delivering meals. We even noticed one waitress checking her hair out for a while in her glass reflection outside the Cafe. Staff actually delivered meals to the tables right next to us and actually changed our house water bottle, delivered it and still didn't take the dirty plates. We did end up asking a waiter if they could be removed as we were sick of sitting there in front of dirty plates for so long. We were going to stay for another coffee but decided to leave. Shame about the service. Would have given this place 5 stars if the service was good. See less

An awesome place to go for a meal! Their Tuesday pizza deal is awesome, great sizes and an affordable price. Our waiter both times has been great, super friendly and helpful. Awesome atmosphere and layout. Nice place for dinner. See less

Have been wanting to go into Bravo for a while now, finally, very pleased we did. Food was delicious and if you are hungry, generous serves. Staff and surroundings very good. Good sign the restaurant was busy. It was a beautiful day and lovely to see the sun and enjoy the Norwood Parade. See less

The service was amazing. Even when they got the order wrong they very sorry about it and fixed it straight away. So lovely staff. The fettucine ragu sauce was lacking seasoning and it was a fraction watery. Wedges were yummy and quite a big bowlful. Chicken carsar salad looked good and friends said both the schnitzels were ok. My family and I were here twicebfir brunch in the past two Sundays, and came away very, very satisfied with food and service, and ambience as it is spacious and the tables are placed comfortably far apart. The pear and hazelnut tort is really, really good, to die for, and the coffee is good. The breakfast items, pizza and ciabatta were all very good, but don't order the scotch fillet steak. I ordered mine medium rare but it was overcooked, dry and tasteless. See less

I have been to many cafes but never found such a beautiful cafe ever. They have well designed their cafe and the food and beverages there, is just too tasty. My friends and I had a nice time in this cafe. The service was also very quick. All in all, this the best cafe in the town and I highly recommend everyone to try it out. See less

Delicious food and a great relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes gets quite loud when it’s busy but that just makes it feel vibrant! My favourite meal is definitely the lamb pizza - it is SO tasty - the lamb just melts in your mouth! Lots of different food options and everything I’ve tried is great. The staff are really friendly and happy to help out. They also do takeaway which is really handy! Definitely recommend this place! See less

Really yummy food, full of flavour and very reasonably priced, really laid back atmosphere as well. Probably my only argument was with some of the staff, one certain waiter looked totally disinterested in being there and just had no waiter skills at all, so either hes new or he hates his job, i dont know, even if he is new, it didn't even look like he was trying to be polite. Shame really, if it wasn't for that i probably would have given five stars🤔 See less
