Poor service, cold food, very disorganized, rock hard and burnt toast all meals. Ask for runny eggs got hard. meal went to another table and had to remake as other table starting eating. Missed another meal. Ask twice staff on missed meal. didnt come back to us. Third time at this stage not happy. Finally turned up. Meal was thrown on plate. Not the best. Customers walked out as they doubled booked. Be careful and check you bill as there was extra meals that you didn't order. See less

Went to the Brown Cow today, and very disappointed. We put our order in, which included a long black with cold water on the side. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads, asking for that. Tables had cups and plates all over them, and not cleaned up. Went to our table and tripped over boxes stacked up. Then changed table to one outside. That too was dirty. Then our order arrived. Dirty teaspoon with dried up food still on it. Oh, and a pot of tea ...but they had forgotten to put any tea in it. Waitress had attitude when we asked for dirty teaspoon to be washed, and glared at me when I asked for tea in the teapot. See less

Standard Melbourne cafe but they do the basics right. Great coffee, decent meal portions that taste great and plenty of parking. The places is better than the sum of its parts. See less

Great service. A big shout out to our waiter for the evening, King. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The atmosphere in the newly renovated restaurant was really pleasant. The food was nice and prices very reasonable.. Well done to management and staff. I had a massive breakfast with my colleague from Sunbury and it is really a good cafe and I really enjoyed the big brown cafe breakfast. The dish is perfectly cooked and I never eat my lunch afterwards. The place was not too busy on Friday morning. A nice place to have a catch up with my favourite cappuccino. See less

Fantastic Burgers - I normally get the Flippin Burger (double beef, double cheese and bacon). The chefs have clearly done their research and have mastered the art of burgers. Well priced too. See less
