Delicious and authentic. Not only is this place scrupulously clean, but Bruno has very high meticulous standards for his ingredients and the making of his pastries, bread, chocolates and honey. Ask him if he's there and he will wax lyrically about the care he takes in making sourdough bread the traditional way, the bees he cares for with his local honey and the delicious quiches and pastries he makes.
