About 2 years ago I had a terrible experience here bad food and staff. I went back for the first time tonight since. They totally redeemed themselves with great tasting pizza and friendly well presented staff I will definitely be going back. See less

Pizza was cold when delivered. Driver charged us more than the price that we were given when ordering on the phone. Pizzas were very ordinary. Never again. See less

Ordered pizza for delivery, stated 30 minutes on website. Order finalised, and paid for, delivery jumped to 50 minutes. Received texts to say on time for the 50 minute delivery, then received a conflicting time on the DoorDash tracking to say would be delivered an hour and a half after ordered. Pizza finally arrived after an hour and a half, pizzas just warm. Never happened when used own delivery drivers. Delivery needs to be sorted out!!!!! Pretty disappointed. See less

Wait 20 mins for pizzas (they will be 10 mins we were told) then to be informed 'they haven't been made because the order didnt go through' Why? We stood there and watched them place the order when we paid. Dont bother you might interfere with the staffs social lives. See less

Cancelled our order after half an hour said they'd run out of pizza bases. What kind of pizza shop runs out of pizza bases. Just about every time we have ordered here they have stuffed something up. I am sick of it. Will not be back. See less

I just spent $64 on pizza at Bubba, I was there to pickup so it was not hanging around it was the worst food I have ever purchased, over done , almost burnt the base was too hard around the edges to even eat. Are the going out of business? If not perhaps they will See less

Been coming to bubbas Mornington for the past 3 years and tonight’s the last time. Been slowly going down hill for some time, horrible online ordering system, that ALWAYS says your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes and 3 years ago, that was true. Now? We wait up to 45 minutes to pick up the pizza that’s not even delivered, what are you doing ?? Kneading the dough as we order?? it’s insane, and annoying as hell that we constantly wait more than advised. Then tonight, I came in store on the way home to order some pizza, place the order and again told 10-15 minutes, returned 30 minutes later. Waited 15 more minutes in store before anyone served me to be told ‘oh, doesn’t look like your order was printed’ It’s cool got my refund, but an amazing waste of my time. What an absolute joke of a business. 10 staff all young kids standing around doing stuff all normally with no customer service skills, better luck asking a random on the street for help. Ordered online, arrived when the online order said it will be ready, had to wait extra 7 minutes. Aussie pizza was dry and stiff. Pappas g in main st is a lot better topping and value wise. See less

Ordered pizza from here on new years eve. They were really busy, but still managed to get our pizzas out in 15mins. Pizza was good. Decent prices too, even with all the add ons. Speaking of which. Wish they added more meat. Asked for extra spicy beef, but barely got any on there. Other than that, they did a good job. See less

Great pizza not badly priced. I was a pizza maker for 15 years so am quietly Opinionated as I ask and always ask for thin base and well done. Toppings can't be two layered which they weren't so have to give them a 4 star. Cleanliness was a little lacking but not bad for a small shop. Will definitely be back See less
