It is a shame as the food is decent, but they can't manage their restaurant. They consistently understate the preparation time. Last time they quoted 20 minutes and it ended up taking over an hour. That meant we were standing outside in the cold for over 40 minutes. Probabky won't bother going back until they can more accurately reflect the true food preparation time See less

I’m sorry for those who said it tastes good. You must have never been to Asia or had legitimate Asian food in diverse city like Sydney. The food here is inauthentic, white washed, and bland compared to the real, wonderfully rich Vietnamese and other South East Asian cuisine. I understand you must cater to your clientele, but this is just not very good. See less

Best food in Canberra. Do yourself a favour and try it out. You won't be disappointed. Definitely try the Duck Curry, which is not on the menu. You ask for it though. Prawn and spinach fritters will send you to heaven. Well done Bui See less

Went out for a meat pie and ended up eating at Bui’s. We walked past someone a family having the special pork belly with apple and had to do the same as it looked that good. So happy we did. The owner generously accommodated us even though it was almost closing time and recommended some dishes for us to try in the future. Already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. See less

Ordered lunch special chicken with fried rice!!! Fried rice has prawns in it with no mention of it on a quick order. I am allergic to prawns. Called to provide that feedback and instead of taking a feedback , got an argument back saying we should know what we are ordering!! Worst was the owner hung the phone .. Extremely poor behaviour and attitude. We told her that for future put a note on the quick order sheet but received rude response and phone hung up.. brilliant customer service and attitude towards customers well being See less

Had an incredible evening at Bui’s. Best Vietnamese in Canberra. Everything was ordered was super tasty. Entree: Duck rice paper rolls & Steamed wontons. Main: Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli salad & Curry prawns. Dressert: Banana pancake Amazing service! $2 corkage! We will be back for more. See less

Great food! Loved the crispy pork, made the traditional way. Even with an abundance of sauce, the crackling remained crispy but the best part is ... the pork melts in your mouth. 2nd time back in 3 days. The duck rice paper roll was also one of the best I have had! Great people just added to the atmostphere! They were friendly and quick to share a laugh. Totally enjoyed the food and atmosphere here! Definitely a must go ... and try the roast pork (can't go wrong with that dish!). See less
