Just came through drive thru the lady had an attitude towards us saying the it's not her fault that the menu's prices were out of date, we never said it was her fault we just said it needed to be updated, worst service ever we took our money else where See less

Was stopping in my way thru and the drive through did not do ice creams but they were still advertising it, but they did do sundaes and that was still good, ice cream tasted watered down, better than the one in town though on Fenton st,they had nothing,no ice cream or sundaes. See less

Today 2/1/2022 @ around 4pm experienced rude customer service from the Burger King staff who is not even wearing a uniform, just wearing a red tshirt. She was tall and has curly hair. I can see that store was busy but as usual, an uber driver will show to the counter the uber order to indicate uber pick up. However the staff pointed her finger and at the same time shouted at me saying she can see me and need not show my cellphone. Very rude. I have just shown my cp to her as any other uber drivers will do and was waiting to be attended, that is why I was so surprised that she reacted that way pointing her finger and shouting at me in front of so many customers present in the store. Apparently, it was not just me who experienced this with her and there have been many uber drivers who experienced her rude service. We all just want to earn a decent living and not deserving to be shouted and treated like that. I have just used my wife’s account as completing a review needs a google account. See less

Great service. Had it advertised that new staff were being trained so can be excused for taking so long. We were the only customers when we arrived, but we did notice quite a few cars going through the drive thru and a team member was noticed delivering a few orders. This could also explain lateness of our order. Clean, airy and well advertised places to stand and wait and what tables were/not in use. See less

The service was poor and the manager was rude. After having to wait a good 15 minutes for the burger it turned up being badly made and messy. I saw the workers in the back throwing the food around after the burgers were made and summed up the whole joint. Very dirty and dissapointing, first time to coming to this place and it will be the last. See less
