Chips were actually fantastic, 100% better than maccas or kfc. Nuggets also were very good. Burger was a bit of a let down, they need to change the way they do their beef patty and i think that would be great. Got the dessert nachos, didn't like them at all. Had to wait about 15 minutes, which isn't a deal breaker. Overall, I would definitely go back See less

Burgers are proper beef patties not cardboard like Mcdonalds or Hungry Jacks. Food prepared fresh that's why it may take a little longer but worth the wait! See less

I bought dessert from here, got a NUTELLA crepe with strawberries and bananas. The 'nutella' was just cheap, cooking chocolate, tasted very bitter and cheap. I eat nutella all the time and know the taste as well, which is a shame, because the crepe and fruits were very nice, See less

I have ordered the through the Uber eats the Green hash burger and chicken parma burger with 10 nuggets got 8 nuggets only fries were too salty and the burgers were so so the meat patties were so dry from inside. Didn’t liked much but according to the price you can get from other burger bar a good and juicy 🍔. See less

Wow is all I can say really. Burgers are just amazing in both taste and price especially compared to other regular fast food places like McDonald's and KFC. If you give them a try, even if only once, you definitely won't regret it. We tried the parm n' chips and the big bbp burger, chicken and beef respectively which highly suggest for first timers instead of just a regular cheeseburger. The chips in the meals are great as well. See less

Was awesome and one of my favourite places to go until they removed half the burgers from the menu. Their beef patties are not very nice in my opinion and they got rid of the veg out, an awesome veggie patty burger and most of the chicken and non beef options. Was the best place to get a veggie burger in the North that rivalled Carl's jr and Grilld apart from McDonald's and HJs less than average offerings. See less

One of the lady's working there miss "Chloe" Next time a customer comes and checks out the menu to choose what they want, have some patience. Oh and make sure u turn your mic off next time you talk behind a customer. 2 stars couse i like their chips and tenders, Attitude like that doesnt belong anywhere, especailly a fast food joint. Have tried each burger on the menu at least once and enjoyed them all. Their service has always been timely and friendly for us without exception. I prefer these to any of the generic fast food restaurants. The ten dollar deals are incredible, but even at full price these meals are a solid choice for burger nights. See less

Have visited Burger X many times and it is has been a pleasure every time. Not only are the burgers crazy delicious, but the staff working have always been so nice and friendly. When they have their $10 large deals on, it is such amazing value, but I am still happy to pay full price the rest of the time because they are worth it! See less

There is only one burger I like on there menu and it's the southern belle! I have tried a couple others on the menu and honestly they aren't good. It was ok when they had $10 large meals, but they've stopped that as far as I know. And it was almost worth the 15-30min wait for a large $10 southern belle meal... But it's definitely not worth the $18 for the large meal. Honestly I hope they read these responses and improve the menu and offer a competitive decent priced meal that doesn't take forever to get! The drive thru was never at capacity, at most there was two cars in front of me and it took over 30mins which is ridiculous! So if you want to improve the burger x brand, maybe forget about uber eats as you clearly can't do drive thru/walk in and uber orders. And improve the menu with better burgers (like the southern belle). But until that happens I won't be returning. Oh and staff seem nice enough, but a bit feral... I know its Elizabeth South but doesn't have to act like it as well 🙄 See less
