Average food , chicken burritos are bland , chips are bland , spicey mayo included with chips is way too small ( which you will need for the bland chips ), dont have the drinks available that i selected on online ordering menu Jarritos to be precise , stood at the front waiting for quite a few minutes with no one to be seen to serve me. The price is ok which is why the 2 stars. Hopefully the service is better the next time i try this . With its current lunchtime service i dont see this place lasting long See less

I come in nearly every day for lunch, and now I'm waiting in line and I've since seen three people served before me. This is terrible service, I had to call out to a lovely staff member in order for service. She at least apologized but now could be cutting my break short. This needs to be worked on please. Update: The lovely lady who served me got my food out as a priority, so review updated to reflect this. See less

Paid $13 for a mojito that was just lemonade. Said there’s supposed to be 45 mls in it. I can taste when there’s hardly any in there let alone 45 mls. So paid $13 for a lemonade haha. Could have had a family of loyal customers but now we wont be back! See less

Honestly the worst takeaway experience ever, I don't write reviews at all, but I just have to for this dump. I ordered just 1 Lunch meal, and i then waited 30 minutes for my food. Went on a Monday, and was rather quiet, the people who got their food before me, one of them exclaimed, "This feels cold" whilst holding the box. I then received my food, no apology for the wait and barely acknowledged me. No one also mentioned the wait or anything, and I thought I'd been forgotten originally. Finally get the food, and the chips are stone cold, mayo is weirdly warm, and the burrito was barely warm. Considering how new this establishment is, I'd be truly embarassed at how horrifically bad it was, and I'd look at the staff rostered on 7/3/22, because my god they were bad. Don't mean this in a hateful way, not angry, just this place is truly horrible, and it would be a disservice to the public to not share the experience. See less

Omg what the F happened we went to this going here since they opened 3 times a week . Came for dinner and took my mum as we have done on previous occasions. But none of the original staff were here and it was nothing short of atrocious. What have the owners done . Meals were cold the orders were wrong. See less

I'm sure there probably is good food here but extremely disappointed when we went ... Went here with the Wife for lunch- got taco special -chose the chicken, beef and the fish . We have had Burrito Bar twice now, I love that you can call up and order to collect which is perfect for us while we have a 4 month old at home. The service has been amazing from everyone both times, food is absolutely delicious and fairly priced with amazing deals weekly. We will be regular customers now. See less

Second review now, had the chilli beef enchiladas with the long island iced tea and my god, compliments to the chef the chilli beef enchiladas was perfect 10/10 would order it again. And thank you to the woman who came over and asked if we were enjoying our meal and I definitely was since all I could do was a thumbs up cause I was enjoying my meal a lot. Came in store tonight and had the wings. My goodness the bbq wings are out of this world. The service was great the staff were friendly and the food came quickly and was generous portion sizes. I have also had the burrito from here and they are soo good and very filling. TLDR; friendly staff, big portions, tasty food and fast turnaround. See less

Made an order through Uber Eats tonight and the food was stone cold and had a very bland taste. Not to mention, I had removed certain toppings in my burrito (dietary requirements), and the toppings that I removed were in the burrito. I tried to call the store three times with no luck. Very disappointing. See less

Went on Wednesday night for the 25c Wings deal and had an awesome time. I got the paprika wings and they were soo juicie and delicious. Service was excellent by Tayla! Very welcoming and the staff were friendly. Atmosphere was great. The 🍨 were really yummy and worth it. I had 'The Kiwi with a waffle bowl. Would definately would recommend to friends and go again. They also have excellent Fajitas! See less
