chef was so good (when they brought us the wrong food. apologies for the mistake)
But ...but.... but ....
The front of house needs to learn a lot about hospitality industry and customer service in general. FOH has to make sure the guests experience remains optimal. But this was not the case here.
Specially when it comes to owning up to ones mistake. Very very unprofessional behaviour!!!
Giving 3 stars just because of Chef & fast dinner service, otherwise this would have been a 1 star review. See less
