Cold drinks were warm, staff having discussion about how dirty toilets were while we were eating, mask wearing was low and phones were more interesting, food took excessive time to be cooked, pancakes were a dry floury lump. Terrible See less

(Updated in response to owner comment below) Ordered a latte, flat white, iced coffee with oat milk, mocha and a scone. Latte and flat white were great! Iced coffee with oat milk wasn’t very good. We sampled the oat milk - and it was tasty - but the remade drink wasn’t much better. The mocha didn’t taste like anything. They offered to replace the mocha, but we opted for a cold drink from the fridge. The scone came with margarine instead of butter. It was a really good scone (maybe a bit too dry and crumbly) until we found a hair in it. We were a bit over the experience by this point and opted not to mention it. Caffe Botanix is good for a takeaway latte, but we’ll probably get coffee from McDonald’s next time. See less

What a poor excuse of a cafe everything looked lovely we ordered a bacon toasted sandwich, yes we asked for crispy bacon but what a disgrace bacon in the center of 2 dry piece of toast. When we committed was told if we want our toasted sandwiches cooked with butter we should have asked. Bread was cooked in a toaster and bacon put in the middle. Very dry and tasteless. Took ages to come out, partner had finished his before my parents arrived and they would have finshed these before mine ihad arrived if it had been eatable. See less

Exceptional, EVERY time! Went for brunch the coffee is flawless the customer service is ALWAYS excellent! We had two sips of our coffee and the food came out! Was beautifully presented, fresh, hot and just delicious! Just the perfect spot to grab a coffee and breakfast lunch or brunch! See less

The setting was great, and the staff pleasant. Prices were reasonable and enjoyed the meal. But, to be honest, it was ok food and so nothing that stands out. Given that it is associated with another business it is nested in well and fits the setting. I would go back but with average expectations. They also lacked a good range of prepared food in the cabinets and as still very early afternoon am surprised. See less

Good food in general. However, the website says it’s open till 4:30. But couldn’t even get a coffee at 3:20 because the kitchen was closed. Please put the right closing time on the website. Takes time to get there only to find it closed. See less

Went there for lunch on the weekend. I ordered the big breakfast and the sausage tasted very watery. And ordered kumura fries. It was $9 and literally was only a small handful. Was not impressed. I won’t be in a hurry to go back. See less
