I ordered 2 coffees to drink at the table. It took approximately 20 mins for these to be delivered to our table after following up with them. Then when we received them they were far too hot to drink and wouldn’t recommend the coffee. Won’t be going back See less

I took my daughter for her bday lunch and was very disappointed. My daughter ordered a melt with chips and salad. It was $17. The melt tasted funny and we got 7 chips and a joke of a salad. My daughter politely asked if she could change the melt for a chicken salad sandwich. They Laughed at her and said no. Only after I got involved did they say yes. My daughter received two pieces of bread with weird looking over processed chicken in the middle and nothing else, no salad, nothing! They did not even cut the sandwich. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told I could do so at 2:30. I said my piece and told them I’d told them I’d write a review. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! See less

This is definitely the place where old people gather. Food didn't take that long to come out, but it really wasn't anything special. I ordered the Fish and chips, it just looked sad. There was about 7 chips on the plate, and the saddest looking salad I've ever seen. All the vegetables were separated and I can't really describe it any other way then it looking sad. The salad was also very small. My mum ordered the Lasagne and it was basically the exact same thing I got, but instead of fish it was lasange. Like there was no imagination put into the food at all. Also the only menu they have is up the front which is annoying when there are other people in the way. Like just print and laminate some menus. I can also imagine this would be annoying for some older people who find it easier to sit and look down at a menu. Drinks were fine, but we won't be eating here ever again. See less

I ordered eggs benedict and one of the eggs I received was over cooked. I politely asked if they could poach another egg for me as the yolk wasn't runny like it should be. The lady was not very pleasant and refused to make me another egg. I think I was making a reasonable request but was made to feel like I was being unreasonable. All I wanted was for her to take the egg that was over cooked and bring me an egg that had been poached correctly. It wasn't like I was asking her to remake the whole meal for me. I can see now why this place has such bad reviews. I will never be returning. See less

I love this place? Every week me and my Mum sit down to a delicious breakfast, the staff are super friendly and they even remember what are favourite meals are, so I don't even have to speak, just smile and it's ordered. Great shakes and fries. Give Copenhagen a go, you won't be disappointed. See less

Coffee and Chai Latte was hot and tasty. My breakfast was missing the spinach, and my partner received thin toast instead of sourdough. Recommend for drinks, but won't be eating there again. Too expensive for what you get. See less

Reasonable coffee. Commercial macaron wasn't all that impressive - my daughter-in-laws home made ones are in a different universe by comparison. Service was efficient. See less

I found a hair in my poached egg and sent it back to the kitchen. Unfortunately I had pulled the hair out and sat it on the edge of the plate instead of leaving it where I found it. This seemed to give the manager licence to say ‘nobody has hair like that on our staff, it must have been one of yours’. I looked over to the kitchen where everyone has dark hair like mine, the first one I saw having a beard the same length and curl of my hair! Not that this matters. Laying blame wasn’t my aim. Who knows how the hair got there? Getting that egg replaced was the proper response to my complaint. I was hungry and not in the mood for a big confrontation, particularly with a manager who has such a brazen lack of care for customers, so I ate what I could and left. I’m not fussy with food, but that egg certainly stayed on the plate!! Also the coffee was bitter. It’s a cafeteria not a cafe. See less

My 41 week pregnant partner got kicked out of the cafe because she was holding a different coffee cup while waiting for a take away at this cafe. There was plenty of available seating. Poor form 👎👎 #cafecopenhagenwoden See less

VERY disappointed. I ordered the Devonshire tea. I asked for butter after the scones arrived and the waitress said "Butter?" and I said "Yes please". She finished wiping the table she was wiping and walked away. I waited over 5 minutes and no butter. I went to the counter and asked the same girl could I have butter please. She said "There's a surcharge for butter". I asked how much and she found out from someone else that it was 30c. I said that was fine and I paid for and got one little sachet of butter (for two scones!). The butter was frozen and the scones were very crumbly already so the butter didn't spread and the scone was just crumbs after I tried to butter one (there was only enough butter for one half of one scone). The tea was a tea bag and a pot of water which wasn't very hot and the crockery was chipped. I certainly can't recommend unfortunately. See less
