Wonderful little hidden gem of a cafe here. I highly highly recommend checking it out if you're ever in the area. I ordered the pulled pork benedict and it was absolutely delightful!! The Hollandaise was just magnificent, the pulled pork was super tasty and the rosti it was served on was incredibly flavoursome!! The poached eggs were just wonderful too. Prices are reasonable too. → Fantastic value for money. Ordered the Breakfast Board ($20) - very generous portions and I left feeling very full. Coffee ($3 including soy milk) was also delicious! → Spacious cafe with a courtyard - perfect for summer mornings! → Service was incredible - staff welcomed us in with a smile and were very friendly. Even though we sat at the back of the courtyard, staff always checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. Come and support this local gem! You'll leave with a smile! See less

Great cafe that sets a high standard for food in the sunshine area. We had the French toast and Pork Benedict, both were presented beautifully and tasted sensational. Coffee was great (for almond milk drinkers they use milk lab which is good) and the service is great, the staff really care to make everyone's experience positive. See less

This place is what Sunshine has been missing. No longer do I have to drive to Seddon or the city for a perfect brunch - it's all right here. Don't let the small shopfront and disarmingly cheap prices fool you, the food is incredible! The creme brulee French toast is the stuff dreams are made of but if the chef makes a recommendation for the day forget the menu, forget the reviews you've read, just say yes and prepare for food heaven. This place looks so unassuming from the outside, if I didn't know any better I'd never have walked into it. But that's the thing, this unassuming, hidden, underrated place serves ridiculously delicious food. They have an honest-to-god top quality chef, the serving sizes are decent, and the prices are literally half of what you'd pay for anything similar in Brunswick (and the food there won't be this good). Sunshine is changing, and cafe fiore is an excellent exhibit as to why. See less

Great food great people! Small and cozy inside but they have plenty of place outdoor behind. I felt there’s good variety of breakfast and lunch menu! So u don’t really have to stick to just breakfast or brunch kind of food We had the pancakes which is a bomb! Then the Bengal chicken! My friend loves the lobster mushroom! There is this unique taste in it so I may come back to try that! They do make their own deserts so it is always different. We didn’t had enough space for desserts today but I bet it’s good! So happy that we don’t need to drive all the way to city in future for a good brunch See less

Really inpressed with this place. Service is good, the food came out quickly and the prices are very reasonable. Had the chilli scramble and the lobster mushroom and both were excellent. Good fresh ingredients and generous servings. My new local go to brunch place. See less

Hi, long time reviewer, first time at this establishment EXTREMELY impressed would be the understatement of the century. My partner and I went down to get a coffee to go with the lunch we were about to have at home. Upon entering we were welcomed warmly and asked what we would like. After ordering the coffee we were perusing the menu and they were talking about how they opened this place as Sunshine was lacking a good breakfast/brunch spot (and could not agree more. The Granary is good....but once you go here you won't go back to them....Sorry not sorry!) Listening to them speak, the passion they have for hospitality is glaringly obvious. We chose instead to sit and have a meal. The Bengal Curry is a MUST! I have eaten many varieties of curries before, let's just say Thai Curry USED to be my favourite. It was extremely delectable! The chicken schnitzel was perfectly herbed and perfectly cooked. Too often do you get a schnitzel that's dry....not here! The chicken was super moist, chips perfectly cooked.... Very happy a good brunch spot opened up that we can walk to! See you again this weekend for your Pork Benedict and Breakfast Board which both sounded amazing! See less
