My go-to coffee is a long black with a dash of milk. Most cafes turn that into a white coffee but the coffee I had at Tara yesterday was PERFECT...best coffee ever! Added a lemon scone which was also perfect! Haven't been out for coffee much lately but will definitely be back! See less

When we ordered our food, we didn't realise we ordered a long wait! Took 40mins for our food to arrive. Bit of a surprise since it was quiet in store. The waiter apologised but nothing more. Also found a bit of foil in my burger. Overall a very awkward and uncomfortable experience See less

Not fancy, but friendly and welcoming. A surprisingly large space with seating divided into roughly three areas, with a variety of table and chair combos, ranging from a table for two with leatherette lounge chairs to a six seater with cushioned dining chairs in the back room, ideal for meetings. A staple in The Gap community. BTW, coffee and food were fine. See less

We arrived not long before the kitchen was closing but the guy behind the counter still accommodated us happily. Service was great and so was the food. Lots of excellent vegetarian options. I had the butternut pumpkin on toast with feta, chickpeas and rocket. It was delicious! It was our first time visiting here and would definitely come back. See less

Would give more than 5☆ but doesn't allow us too ♡ my partner and I choose this local cafe for every Sunday Day Date whether its just for a coffee or meal. Their menu is simple, diverse and yummy. They truly do have an extra ingredient in everything they touch. Everyone is super friendly. We might not get there as often as we'd like but we're still remebered. It feels like family. See less

Dropped in for a hearty breakfast after a morning hike at the walkabout sanctuary. Lovely young man that served us, i ordered a yummy lime milkshake and the "big breakfast" on the menu..oh my gosh, huge meal and just managed to finish it! Good place to sit outside and chill. See less

A lovely little cafe in the Gap village serving Merlo coffee and fresh made food. Dining is is recommended with ample space in the dining area. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. I'd definitely visit again. See less
