Of all the cafes in Woden Plaza this place does the best bacon & egg roll. The roll is very tasty and loaded with bacon and at the right price. Staff are friendly. It’s close to a play area for toddlers so a great place for parents to eat & meet. See less

I think it's the best place I've ever been to. The staff are all kind and always respond to customers with a smile. The food is delicious, the quality of coffee is excellent, and the price is also reasonable. I want to go here every day if I can. See less

Omg I went back to ask to redo my coffee, the beans were burned taste was so bad. But the front counter was so judgemental. If you are lacking in anyway you should listen customer's feedback to improve but instead I got horrible look and barista was shouting so loud only when she was calling my coffee See less

So horrible. Underpays the staff so much and pay in cash they are SO ILLEGAL. Manager is a horrible woman and the rest of the staff are pretty rude as well . SUPER judgemental and really gross coffee. Please don’t go here, don’t waste your hard earned money on this business. See less

Coffee is average at best and staff were super judgy when I asked for an extra shot. It was a clean Cafe with a friendly atmosphere but unfortunately staff and the quality of the coffee killed the mood. See less

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. My husband and I had coffee at Cafe Cherry Bean in Woden Plaza around 11:00 this morning on Saturday, 10th July. When my husband ordered decaf coffees with soy milk for me and with normal milk for him, then the woman at the till rolled her eyes. Why? Is anything wrong with ordering decaf and soy milk, etc? We have never experienced that sort of attitude before. We usually go there on Sundays and the cafe staff are always friendly and helpful. It seems to be a different staff member. See less

One of my favourite places for breakfast or lunch. I love their eggs Benny and bacon and egg wraps with hollandaise sauce, but everything on the menu is great and decently priced. Coffee is amazing and staff are friendly and amenable. Can get very busy on Saturdays. Highly recommend. See less

Not happy with the service. Me and my husband went there for a nice breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food was good but the service was so slow and rude. We asked for extra two slices of bread to which the girls said that they cant serve us and we have to pay for it first. It was a long queue at the order counter. Finally our turn came and we ordered extra two bread for our breakfast. Those two slices of bread took ages to come and our food was already cold by that time. We would have appreciated that if we were provided with bread while we were eating and food was hot. We were ready to pay afterwards. But there was nobody who could listen to us. So far the best Cherry Beans cafe in terms of coffee, friendly staff, food quality. I have been to all cherry beans in Canberra many times. The only issue is the nail polish shop next door. I can recommend the back seats or outside cafe seats are best to avoid the smell. See less

Ordered a wrap and mocha. Wrap arrived well before mocha, food was finished by the time of coffee arrival. When the mocha arrived it was just a flat white, no choc to be found (photo attached of alleged "mocha"). Asked a staff member who confirmed it was definitely a mocha and said sorry then walked away with no further help offered. Multiple other tables of customers complaining about food and drink mistakes also while I was here. See less
