April 2022 Just went back to Can tho after a few months. Ordered a pho with wantons and egg noodles,. Supposed to be pork and prawn wanton. I couldn't tell what it was and I couldnt taste anything. It was like plastic. I called the owner over and asked hi. what it was. He got snarky and took the plate. I left. End of story and I wont be back. The rating has gone to 2 stars. 2021 Love this place. Great homestyle Vietnamese food. Tasty, hot, and quick service, great pho broth. Just yummy. Good quick service too. Well cooked and served in an authentic way, no bs just good quality food served with a smile, a friendly place, good for a solo diner too. 5 stars for yumminess. See less

I will give 2 stars on it. Taste is average. Two things disappointed: 1 I order the rare beef and brisket pho, the menu only have one price $14, I ask the staff is $14 the large one and it is only one size? He said yes. When I checkout, he told me $14 is the small size price, I order large one, it should be $18. But this price not show on menu. 2 there are some hairs in my pho. Means the chef may not wear hat when cooking. See less

Ordered a honey chicken dish to takeaway. Gentleman seemed nice enough behind the counter. Get home and start eating the dish to find there os literally no chicken and it's all batter. Between the honey chicken and the special fried rice, $24.50 wasted 😐 See less

I’ve been going to Can Tho for many years and the experience has always been pretty good. The service I would say is slightly below average, with the waiters being a bit rude at times and having that “I don’t really care” attitude. Pho is something I always get at Vietnamese restaurants and here it is ok. The serving size is def more than other Viet restaurants but the broth was really lacking and bland. The wings were definitely over coated with battered but tasted nice. Overall nice causal restaurant with decent prices. See less

Really really nice viet food! Was super busy but managed to get a table. Service was a little bit light but managed to get served eventually. Down a star mainly because of the price being a bit high. Will definitely come back though. See less
