Good quality chicken burger, small but not full of crud. One piece breast fillet with identifiable spices and crumb. Beef burgers and fresh cooked chips are also decent, and nothing leaves the taste of regret in the same way a Maccas does. Definitely worth the premium pricing and relentless up-selling and in drive-through communication issues that typifies them. See less

Got food here for the first time and I was not impressed.. bought the Carl’s Feast for 4 and noticed when I got home that the staff forgot the chicken nuggets..luckily I don’t live that far. The nuggets and chips were bland. The “Famous Star with cheese” tasted like the Whopper from Hungry Jacks and the Chicken Fillet Sandwich tasted like the Zinger from KFC. I wanted to try something new but with the flavours just same with other fast-food, I might as well just got to those place. See less

Carl’s is always top-quality. We must visit here at least twice a month and every single time we are promptly greeted with a smile, order is always accurately repeated back to ensure we have the correct food and is ready within a few minutes everytime it’s incredibly fast. The food is always of premium quality, the chocolate shake with whipped cream is a perfect combination with the hand cut chips. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and modern and is always very clean. Highly recommended if your after a much better alternative to the other big rip off burger chains at probably better value too. See less

You guys really call this a chilli cheese loaded fries? Looks like my cat had bowel problems and let it out on my chips. I wouldn't even have to pay him $8 to do that. See less

I've been mostly enjoying Carl's Jr ever since they opened up near my house. Their food is well presented and tastes uniquely different from the other well known fastfoods. The restaurant itself is also obviously very new and clean, although that may change in a year or two. So far, my only criticism is that service feels very slow. A lot of the staff are new and it takes a very long time in drive-through to get your order. I was once stationed in the waiting bay for over 20 minutes before I got my items and I didn't even recieve an apology. See less

I Ordered the Prime Rib Burger ‘A Cut above’ they say 😳 , not very happy small and plain flat burger that looks nothing like it’s supposed to, taste was ok but dry and plain . See less

Went to the Clearview restaurant and ate in. Had a large famous star meal with the ginger ale. Chips were very nice but could use some more seasoning. Burger was delicious, no additional notes. Ginger ale was the best I've ever had. Not too spicy, great flavour. Service was friendly, excellent and fast. See less

Nice and clean and new. Fries were a bit droopy and limp, almost like they'd been sat for a while before serving, no crispness to them. The toilets are clean, but as a male if you are having a wee and the door opens, everyone on the hand wash area can see you.. See less
