The food doesn't always taste the same, I find their schnitzel very oily, their prawn pasta is very yummy though last time it had too many tomatoes and too much oil. Their old pork belly was amazing but last time I had it it wasn't the best . The guys at the bar a pretty friendly but I've had issues with some their floor staff being just plain sour, unfriendly and getting the vibe that they're just there because they have to but not because they enjoy their job. We have given them my chances but we'll see if another might change things around. See less

Great food and awesome deserts! There are new owners, unfortunately for them they took over just as Covid hit and have been doing it hard but after speaking to one of them they are determined to provide great quality, try new things and focus on customer service! My recent visit was outstanding for the quality and price and I'll be back soon. They are even about to launch a dog friendly menu 😀 See less

Great first fruit mocktail - actually tastes like a frosty fruit. Chicken schnitty on our quest for the best is ok but salad was too oily with want semi dried tomatoes. Chips were too salty. Nice place but not overwhelming special in any way See less

Always a great feed at this place. Food is well presented, well priced, and well proportioned. TVs on to watch the sport but not so loud you can't have a conversation. Kid friendly atmosphere and environment. See less

So relaxed, so friendly. Staff were great atmosphere great service fast and friendly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Many beers on taps. Classic pub menu. Flathead and chips was excellent, crunchy batter, delicious tartar sauce. Chicken party was huge, chicken was moist topping well grilled. See less

Super friendly service, very accommodating. Didn't have a booking on a Friday lunch time and the guy that greeted us at the door couldn't have been nicer. We had our little daughter with us and she was given a colouring in book without us even asking, that's what you want from an establishment. Food came out super quick, was hot and delicious. Next time I get the sliders I'll be getting a side of the special sauce, was really well done! Popcorn chicken, sweet potato wedges and calamari was all great. Beers are ice cold and my wife's mocktail was sensational. Highly recommend and will take anyone visiting here. See less

This place is the best when it comes to pub meals. Their steaks are always so wonderfully cooked to your preference and the side salads you get are always, fresh and crispy. With the new change, the menu is very similar but the food is still just as delicious. The mains now come with an option of chips & salad, or mash & veg. I can still highly recommend this place. Had my bday dinner here this evening and highly recommend! The staff were super helpful with my booking, even sent pics of where the tables would be :) Good atmosphere, great food, service was reasonably quick on a Saturday night. Will go back for sure. EDIT- have been back a few times and feel like I should add that portion sizes are great! You definitely won't leave hungry See less

Christmas party on deck area. Big buck hunter game was a nice touch to the area. Bar was fast service, never stood in line for more then 5 minutes. Happy to accommodate us and move furniture around to suit the amount of people. Music was good all night, good mix between old and new with some classic bangers and sing alongs. See less

Pub style food & atmosphere with a touch of class. Good quality, tasty food, massive serving sizes and super friendly staff. Not much more you can ask for. Ordered Angus sirloin steak (could've been for 2 ppl), pesto pasta, cauliflower popcorn and a caramel milkshake. Was so much food for 2ppl, so we had a whole meal & half to take home 😅 at just over $70, was well worth it 💖 Would definitely be coming back! See less

Fun times on ‘Sing for your supper’ Tuesday! I took the family to Casey Jone’s for Burger Night and was pleasantly surprised by the home grown entertainment. A really, great community initiative of engaging locals with musical talents to get up on stage and entertain the crowd. Now I’m sure there are other places who do something similar yet I was feeling the good positive vibes last night and it was wonderful. The burgers were delicious 🤤 Philly cheesesteak was da-vine and the gravy fries so tasty. My only comment is in relation to the kids burgers and their sizes. I bought one for my 3 year old and she had more fun poking it with the toothpick than eating it. It would be great to have smaller sized burgers or even burger sliders for the little’un’s. Loved eating there and it’s great to see the crowds back. See less

The beer selection is great as is the atmosphere. So if you are just going for a chill session then this is a great place. But the reason for the 3 stars is that the $36 Angus steak which was supposed to be medium rare came out completely grey and tough. The other peoples burgers were good as were the parmas. I would go back for a beer and or a burger, but not for a steak. See less

The mid week deals are great. I got a burger, chicken wings, Fries and a beer for $22. The burger was huge and the only complaint I could make was I couldn't fit it into my mouth. The atmosphere was great with half the seating area being pub like with TVs showing sports and the other half being more like a restaurant. Dropped one star as the fries were not hot and the wings were not so great. Everything else was awesome. See less
