Well the reviews are personal experiences but with my experience from here it is completely different to most of yours as I ordered from here for the first time I was greeted with a smile very bubbly member and the meal was exceptionally tasty and hot and yes I did pick up from store. Quite disappointed... this is my first time having undercooked pizza... Speechless... We bought not just 'a undercooked pizza' but 3 undercooked pizzas from your store. The base of all those pizzas were cooked a little for less than 1mm thickness; above that very thin unevenly cooked layer was totally doughy and chewy. Plus, we ordered online, estimated time for picking was about 6pm and we waited almost 30minutes there till received our order; which was ok as we were not in a hurry but still a long wait. We were hungry by the time eating it and wouldn't be bothered bringing them back as didn't want to ruin our plan for the night. Toppings were fresh enough hence the one star for it. See less

First time trying this pizza shop, normally I order from dominos! So glad I didn’t go off the reviews that are on google ! I Ordered two regular pizzas this afternoon at 5pm was told 15min wait and they were ready in 15 min! They were so filling the toppings were very thick not like dominos! The only down fall was they didn’t look appealing once opening the box! They weren’t cut properly and stuck to the bottom of the box! but this will now be our pizza shop 100% See less

Great pizzas! Fresh, tasty, loaded with toppings. They have a huge range of food and are open all night so of course they will be busy. To those customers complaining about delivery delays, dont be a lazy bum, go for a drive to the store and you'll get great food without delay. We've never had a problem. Yum! See less

Do not order or go to these scammers! I wish I had of read the reviews but I was scammed twice! Waited 2 hours for food, called, no answer, no food no refund, I literally just flushed $60 down the drain. Thanks alot! See less

I would leave a zero if I could. Ordered a meal for the family to be delivered. Order was placed at 6:25 with an eta of 7:15-7:35. I called at 8:05 and was informed that my food was was leaving the store. It is now 9:25 and it hasn't arrived, they won't accept an order cancellation and insist on completing the order. This meal was for my children, we have already fed them because they can't wait all night. We are all ready to go to bed without this $100+ meal but these guys still insist on knocking at our door at a time they cannot verify. This is disgusting, store staff insist it left over an hour ago and believe it's acceptable for food to sit in a car for more than an hour Update: food arrived at 10:00 and was left on the road out the front of our property after a heated argument with the owner of this business, the owner that delivers food because he won't employ staff. The owner of the business with no respect for his customers or his product. Have been a loyal customer and have always used their own app to order thru. I also understand that using this restraunt normally means a bit of wait but tonight it took over 2&1/2 hours for food to arrive. And to add insult to injury it was so cold it was not edible. Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering... Ordered from Ubereats at 8.26pm and waited over 2hours with no food and no communication from the restaurant.There is only one number for contacting Ceres which directs you to txt them for updates. 3 separate messages with no responses and ended up having to drive to McDonald's at that time for dinner Looking at similar reviews on here and the responses the owner provides to them, I am unsure how this place is still in business... Ordered through ubereats 7.45pm, Chicken, Ribs & Steakhouse. Order cancelled 10.29pm . Requested update on order multiple times. Tried calling. Understand can't takes calls or whatever but no need for rude, aggressive voicemail message. Sent text message as demanded... no response. Just not acceptable.. I can't comprehend the amount of orders one venue would be taking to have such a delay... I dread to think what the delay would have been if I hadn't cancelled the order.... See less

Yet another example of a promising chain going down. My experience 2 years back was really good. Amazing quality of pizzas, reasonable waiting time and friendly customer service. However my last two orders were pathetic. Went to pick up after the estimated wait time of 30 mins, only to have no one to attend at the counter for more than 20 mins. When the gentleman finally did arrive, I showed him my prepaid order and he said for some reason it hadn't come through and he hadn't prepared the order at all. He started preparing the order thereafter which was an additonal 15 mins. So a simple pick up turned out to be a nightmarish over an hour affair. That was not it. When I unpacked the pizza at home all hungry and tired it looked really messy and greasy and as soft as a sandwich, and not edible at all so it went straight to the bin. Message to the management, please don't take your customers for GRANTED!!! See less

Would have definitely given this place zero stars! Waited over an hour for food to arrive, called the place twice to see what the go was, first call we got told someone was on the way, another 30 minutes passed still no food, second call we had someone ignore us while we were trying to find out what the go was. Our food finally arrived but as the delivery driver leaves he coughs everywhere (which is so reassuring....) The chicken parmigiana was overcooked, dry and flavourless and the Carbonara had NO chicken (even though we paid extra) Very disappointed and whoever thinks of trying this place I wouldn't recommend!! 🤮 See less

Really unfortunate because in the past have absolutely loved Ceres on numerous occassions but it's when the ball is dropped that really stands out. Ordered using their app as they advertise all the time then bathed my son expecting dinner to be delivered only to come out to the app refunding and cancelling my order after 25mins. Then got told 15mins wait if i picked up which turned into a 35min wait...it gets better...the pizzas were dry the garlic bread was poor and the "300g" of chips for $4 was a half empty container that was actually 220g... as i said very sad as i have loved the food in the past but such a drop in quality i wonder if it is even the same management/owners? I honestly don't know if i will go back after this experience... See less

Fantastic Pizza’s and Customer service as well. Owner is really polite and is very helpful. Will definitely be back for pizzas again and also to try the Hamburgers amongst the rest of the good looking food there. Such a huge variety of food!!!😁 Update: Been back a few more times and the food coming out is just incredible. New owners now and very friendly and open to all suggestions and feedback good or bad. So many different flavours of pizza’s to try and what best time to taste them all then an all you can eat night every Monday-Wednesday. See you again soon guys Keep up the great work 👍🏻 See less

Happy to see another pizza place come into the area. I ordered a regular gourmet Milano tonight to give them a try. Definitely looks the part with plenty of toppings and cheese perfectly browned. It tasted really good, could tell the ingredients they use are high quality. Much better then the standard pizzahut or dominoes chains. The only criticism I have is how salty the olives are, it builds up and takes away from the other flavours. Otherwise fantastic pizza and I look forward to trying more of their menu. See less
