Great place to eat and simply delicious Indian food. Ask for the Rocket Naan.. best Naan around. The owner is very personable and the service is solid. Highly recommended and we eat there whenever we can. See less

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I placed an online order and was given an ETA of 40 minutes, then later, a delay of 1 hour. I rang back after 2 hours to ask after the order and was told that "they couldn't provide an estimate" for when the order would even be made. There are plenty of other (better) Indian restaurants in Tuggeranong who can estimate wait, prep and delivery times. See less

Horrible experience ordering from these guys through menu log. The food took over an hour and half to be delivered, and was barely warm by the time it arrived. I order very hot Chicken Vindaloo and it was not spicy at all! Worst Indian food I have experienced in Canberra. See less

Food is always delicious, but inconsistent portions and poor delivery service are a significant problem considering prices. I've been eating here on and off for years. After several problems with delivery on different occasions, and even a problem with calling ahead for pick up, I only recommend dining in. The final straw for leaving a negative review was ordering food online at 5:20 for delivery by 6:30. By 6:50 I attempted to call the restaurant several times with no answer. Left a message, no call back. Drove there myself to see what was going on. At 7:10, my food was sitting on the counter in a menulog delivery bag with multiple other orders. If a driver had immediately collected that bag and I was lucky enough to have my food delivered first, it would have been an hour late. If delivered last, could have been two hours late. When we opened the food, there was around half the meat we were expecting based on an identical order last week. Late deliveries, nobody answering phones, and shafted on portion size. Not ordering from here again. See less

I’ve had dinner here twice now, and have not been disappointed. This is some of the best Indian food in Canberra, and should not be missed. The curries are full and flavoursome, with a variety of heat levels on offer. All the curries are made fresh, and nothing is reheated or made in advance, so appreciate the wait and have a chat with those your dining with! The host is gracious and attentive, and we’ve always had a perfect meal here. See less

I ordered Papadi Chat but they gave us palak pkoda, boiled potato, boiled chickpeas and Sause. If you don't now what it is then don't say wait for an hour simply say we don't have this. Just wastage of money and time. Always disappointed See less

Friendly demeanor from staff and approachable. I arrived close the closing time and was little quiet as you'd imagine. The food was absolitely delicious. The main curry - potato n chickpea was yummy, cooked to the spice level i had requested and was 'clean' without too much oil or ghee. There were a couple of minor things I wouldve liked a little differently, but they're more of a personal choice than a fault with the food. I was going to have some deserts but I was too damn full. Compliments to the chef. If I was being too picky, would've loved to see Dhal Makhani in the menu. Highly recommended. See less

I ordered eat in and sat at an outside table. A few minutes passed before they dropped a takeaway order on my table. When I explained that I had ordered eat in, they arrived with a plate, knife and fork and walked away. I emptied the takeaway serve onto the plate myself. I did not receive any serviettes or water of spoon. The mango chicken was average. The garlic nan was under cooked. I was totally ignored from the moment the plate and cutlery was dumped on the table. There are much better Indian restaurants in Canberra with better tasting food and better service. It is unlikely that I will be back to give them a second chance. They actually didn't even earn the one star. See less
