Got the worst Asam milk tea ever. The staff didn’t even mix the drink properly. They are just put everything in the cup then seal it, shake the cup and give it to us. Drink taste really bland and nothing like I have before. Never come back See less

the boss there is racist. he only ask me n my daughter to scan the CBR code, becase we are asian n wear mask to protect ourselves. there are bunch of other customers, non asian not wearing mask and even touch the food bar and trying to lean over the counter and talk happily on the top of the boba pearls, on the top of the drinks that theu are making, and didnt say anything to them! HE Just go to the counter to ask me and my daughter to scan the CBR. i will never go there again, i cant believe, that he is an asian as well See less

Was a regular customer. Not coming back again. I already had a few bags with me and asked for a bag for my 2 regular glads order as i didnt have my hands free. The last few times I have been to Chatime Belconnen, that staff have been sitting down on the floor, on their phones not paying attention to the customers waiting to be served. This afternoon at about 1330 I stood, the only one in line for about 10 minutes before I was served. Out of 4 or 5 staff in the kiosk, only one was working, making the drinks for the customers who had purchased their drinks and trying to serve those waiting to order. This is disappointing to see as this isn't a once off occurrence, it has been going on for a few weeks. I like the tea, but the customer service is really lacking. See less

Usually I get the strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping pearls and most of the time it's good but today I ordered one and it tastes bad! it looks like pink soggy flakes in water! whenever a popping pearl comes up the straw the flakes come up with it and they're all soggy and compacted 🤮 It's like milk that's been sitting in the sun for 5 years! 🤢 I've decided just to not get that anymore and stick with other ones. either way, it's a pretty decent shop but I do hope they fix the milkys. It's usually okay (but not great), but today when I ordered (on the app) a drink with no sugar, it came out tasting incredibly sweet almost like I was drinking cordial syrup straight... Disappointing that they can't seem to make orders correctly. Staff have also been kind of rude to me on a different occasion. My advice: go to the one in gunghalin... Much better! See less
